I thought Ariza was some kind of defensive stopper? Geez, get up on the guy at least when its blatantly obvious that he's going to pull up for a jumper.

Terrible defense by Ariza. He didn't even get a hand in his face. Yes Trevor with 2 seconds left he's going to drive. What an idiot.

Ariza's fault? Are you kidding? He barely played all game, yet the Mastermind sticks him in with 4 seconds to go trying to stop Gordon? I remember the Miami game last year, Ariza gets stuck in with 5 seconds against Wade, and he drills it. This was not Ariza's fault. Come on

There aren't many things Ariza is "good" at but he's known to be a pretty decent defensive player. He played 17 minutes in the game, thats more then enough for him to be called and play defense on one play, especially at 21 years old.

I thought that Q should have defended gordon, he seemed to do the best job, ariza to me has never been a defensive stopper, he's just good at playing the passing lanes like lebron.

Ariza hustles, I don't think he's a good defensive player. He puts more effort than most, that's all. I just don't think Larry should stick him in, ice cold.

Anyway we don't deserve to win games until we start playing defense. Bulls missed a ton of shots. The game should've never went to OT

Amen. that is all Ariza is good for yet people like to think he is a stopper. Whoever brought up Wade last year. Good job I remember him beating Ariza the same exact way very well

Ben gordon can hit that shot anytime he wants and thats what he's known for. MAKING BIG SHOTS Why blame Ariza? 21 turnovers, thats what killed us not one shot with 2 seconds left.

ariza rides the pine for the past few games and he had a VERY good game for us today. he was one of the few people that exhibited some real energy and toughness when he was in there. i was happy for his effort and i thought he did a good job. he may have misplayed ben on the last shot but i mean put this in perspective...he's 20 years old. he was put on gordon b/c he's a longer defender and tried to make it a tougher shot on a jumper. he misplayed it and we lost. ok...learn from it and move on. it's not like that was shandon in there. it was a 20 year old.

I would prefer Nate. He did fine at the end of regulation. He's shorter, but he stays up in players faces.

I didnt think nate did that good of a job on gordon, the reason we made it to OT to me was becuase we doubled gordon, not becuase nate shut him down or anything. also you have to consider the size issue with putting nate on gordon.

He should've learn after Wade did the exact samething to him last year.

Mins ur right the turnovers were the biggest reason we lose but so was bad FT shooting and defense and Frye sucking down the stretch

And Q only played 27mins. they didn't score those 26 with Q on them is all I'm saying. Oh and Q was primarily on Deng who shot 4/10

Frye sucking down the stretch? I seem to remember him hitting a tough shot over Chandler in the post to tie the game late. Brown has to give Frye more consistant minutes or his jumper will never be on. He was never allowed to get in a rhythm.

Nocioni hit plenty of shots over Q. Lee was on Deng a lot and had 2 blocks on him. That means Deng shot 4-8 when Lee wasn't blocking his shot. Q had a good offensive game but was so so on D. Nocioni hit at least one three while Q was supposed to be on him.

Nah Gordon got a good look at the end of Regulation too. He had a clear look over the 5-9 Nate. we just got lucky there.

good point Taylor coming over to help had more to do with him missing than Nate

Brown is trying to get him to post up more and he's not comfortable yet. He missed a few shots at the end there. I think he's become very hesitant. His jumpshot used to be automatic and I realize we need him to be a well rounded player but he's not looking for his shot enough and he doesn't shoot it with confidence.
