My gut reaction was that I'd the Bridges trade but didn't love him at the 2. I've watched a little tape and think he is OK at guard

The narrative that the Knicks paid to much for Mikal because it doesn't make them better than Boston is total bullcrap. There are 29 teams that aren't better than Boston. 29! I think we match up against Boston now more than ever with the trade and re-signing OG.

I was thinking him as Rip Hamilton, 6-6, thin, and midrange/paremeter goodness. trade some quickness for the defense prowess.
I see OG coming off the floor first and Josh in and perhaps sliding him to the 3 on second unit.
Then DDV in For JB, then Deuce a few minutes after for Mikal, and Josh slides to the 3. We running this line up!!!! Can't speak for Randle rotation as we don't know what's going on upfront yet.

Remember in march Josh hart and JJ Reddick were to work this summer on fixing Josh's shot? Wonder if thats still a thing? Josh complained about his minutes but then got more than he could imagine in the playoffs. A full lineup will challenge him again. Not worried about his defense but that shot can become money he'll find more minutes!
The turnovers? That might be something we just have to live with.
