I know a lot of Laker fans who can’t wait for Lebron to leave. Rumor is he’s not good for in game youth development because he holds the ball and controls the offense too much. I think with JB on the team, that’s not an issue for him. And I trust Thibs coaching which would reduce Lebrons control tendencies.

Its a low probability at best but as said, he comes to be with Thibs, not push against him.
If he wants to be paid it won't fit.
Lebron takes over when others are not. 21 years he is not just one type of player. He has demonstrated many facets both amazing, and some that are not so great.
The diva, the back stab, the roster thing all true. But not every year, not every team, and not every coach. In some cases he was correct. He was younger when he went to heat and lost in finals to Dallas. It was in part on him. He wanted RIley to coach. Not a bad idea really. But Riley was rigid and said now. They won next two. Lebron left Riley and heat which was correct. Bosh had blood disorder and Wade declined. Dave Blatt was bought into rebuild with Kyrie. Instead he gets Lebron. Blatt took them to finals still. But Lebron was right to move him out. Im not saying Lebron was never out of line. He was. The decision was an awful one. He carried the cavs on his back and young lebron forced Cavs to short term trades. Give him credit for going back after he and Dan Gilbert Burned bridges.

Bron to Knicks? I extend Thibs first. Lebron is not stupid and it would be up to him to sell his vision and what he wants. Maybe Leon with Thibs are down for that. If not, think him for his consideration and move on. I think Randle is moved. Poor guy, twice he gets jettisoned for Lebron! Im not sweating this because its low probability. Nalod really does not want this either.

If Leon and Co. have big conviction of this kid then why not. This is the kind of Draft you can move up on because its so not great. But that don't mean there are bad players here, in fact its an opportunity!!!!
If Toronto thinks it can grab some potential with more picks as they rebuild and stash then its a good deal for them.
Letter grade? Gonna take 3-4 years to sort that out.

His career choice. Long term might not be a stupid thing. He believes in himself and willing to drop a few spots and sacrifice some money to get a clear path to getting on the court.
Granted, it might not work out but thats his call.

I don't blame his camp for trying this. My point is that it's debatable if this guy even makes into the lottery last year. This guy was a mid to late first-rounder for most of the season until one impressive game where his shot was falling. And I'm not just singling Castle out. You look at the scouting reports for most of the prospects in the lottery range and they scream "leap of faith."

If the Knicks keep all of their picks I can see them going with a player at 24 they feel is most likely to contribute early in his career followed by a player like Dunn at 25, unless they are positive he lasts until 38. Just seems like the type of project they would be willing to take on because he is so elite on defense already. OG and Hart are 2 of the best players in the entire league he can learn from.

Seems like a fit for Thibs.

If he can buy into playing the type of toughness and intensity that Tom Thibodeau requires, he could be a steal in this part of the draft. -- Givony

Consistency has been the issue for Klintman to this point in his career, as he can be selectively competitive and doesn't always harness his physical gifts as effectively as he could.
