Rockets fans are still over the moon and butthurt about Dragic/Lowry. They don't like Lin one bit. Is it Lin's fault he's being pushed aside? The coaches are telling him to feed the ball to Harden. I've noticed whenever Lin takes a couple of missed shots, he gets pulled out of the game immediately.
Lin feeds the ball to Harden almost instantaneously on every possession and runs off to the corner perimeter and camp out. He's always out of reach, out of sight and out of position where he's not able to get the ball back for a possible shot.
What the hell kind of plays are they giving him? He's not doing this on his own. The Rockets designed a play where everyone spectates around Harden. The only time Lin ever gets assists or points was if he creates a steal for himself or if his teammates are locked up defensively and he has no choice but to shoot the ball.
Once in a while, he gets that open 3's and he makes some, misses some.
Under Woodson, Lin was active. He doesn't pass off and run off to the corner or stands around and spectate. Rockets clearly have no idea how to utilize him in their offense. It just seems like they don't even have any faith in the guy at all.
I sense the Rockets fans are going to turn on him soon. Lakers need to swing into action and grab Lin from Rockets and make him a back-up PG for Nash under D'Antoni.
