This one is on our ****ing coach. Leaving Smith on the court cost us the game.

Hate that they lost but I enjoyed the Knicks more this season than in a long time. Being relevant after February was huge.

JR is asked to play a role he is not suited for. JR is not a PG or facilitator.

He is a scorer nothing more nothing less.

a scorer who shot horribly his whole tenure with the knicks. it's not like he was the facilitator the whole time and most of the shots he took this series were ridiculous which he would have shot anyway.

JR Smith against bench players > JR Smith against Wade

This was a tough year. That was one bullet wasted. Next year this team has to make it count. Guys have to come in in the best shape ever and ready to win a title. Grunwald has his work cut out for him. FIND A COACH!!! FIND SOME GUARD HELP AND KEEP BUILDING!!! FULLY HEALTHY THIS TEAM IS MUCH CLOSER TO THE HEAT THAN THIS SERIES LOOKED.

This has been such a boring game, it tells you all you have to know about the series. Heat didn't even take us seriously. They went through the motions for most of the series and still won the series.

Im not an ounce proud of this Knicks team. Spin it the kool-aid way you like and talk about how close we are to a championship. Truth is, we are really far and our pieces are falling apart and losing value. Try finding any taker for Amar'e and you'll have grey hair pretty soon.

Least exciting playoffs ever. Last season's sweep was way more competitive.

Whatever, I guess the Knicks have become just a way to not get bored while you wait for the baseball season.

Meh...

Kick-to-the-nuts way to end the season, but I have to be honest: I haven't had this much fun--frustration and all--with a Knicks season since 1999.

Same here. A lot of fun this year, even the twc blackout portion of the season was an adventure.

I'm surprised what a non factor Chandler was. Unless he's still sick Tyson looked like he was phoning it in. Got outworked. I don't mind outplayed, but outworked is something else. Stat had more turnovers than rebounds. Novak looked like he played himself out of a few million.

I can't believe how wrong I was about Fields. His floor ended up being his ceiling.

I have no problem with Melo going isolation, but not when its clear that he can't get into a rhythm because the defense is too stifling.

If Woodson is hired they will definitely need to bring in some veteran help to support him. His adjustments in this game were the worst this series. I hope they do a thorough search for coach because this game has me worried about Woodson being able to handle playoff level pressure.

Gonna be a interesting offseason. I expect 50+ wins next season and a trip to ecf. Anything else is a failure. No more excuses. Full season, should have a decent coach and everyone needs to come back in shape. I expect stat to have a monster year. He is gonna be looking for redemption. Him missing game 3 really have team no shot.

I agree that Smith was horrendous but who else was Woody going to play? Novak was useless this series. We lost to a better team and we were desimated by injury. If Jax wants the job he should have it but if not then Im good with Woody.
