Seriously? Cmon!!

He needs to stay in and work through it / figure it out.

Dude, throw out the kool aid for a second, there is a reason why Lin is -11 and has more turnovers than points and assists. Lin is human, he was due for a bad game. I believe it has to do with the hype of the opposing team, but either way, he has to get his act together or sit.

Wha? Miami is throwing everything but the kitchen sink at him (and fouling the sh1t out of him). He needs to stay in and figure it out.

Geez, you're ready to jump off? Should we maybe send him back to the D league to figure out the trap??

Stand by our guy!!

Ridiculous! I stand by my guys but I say what I see. What is the point of saying Lin has played amazing tonight when the 6 turnovers, many of them careless, and the -12 point to the contrary? Am I sayinf trade him? Freaking NO, I love LIN! But man, savior of our season or whatever, be objective, guys! The guy wont break by telling him his faults.

The guy is getting hit without mercy and the refs are extremely biased, yeah. But that doesn't excuse the many turnovers he's had outside the arc setting up or making the first pass. He needs to cut his turnovers for us to win. HE hits double digits tonight, its just harder for us to win. Why did we look better under Davis? Because he was taking his time to set things up.

They ARE picking up their defense when Lin is out there. He is the target. We know that. But this amazing run has been built with Lin overcoming those obstacles.

I expect him to in the second half.

It is a team game. Amar'e and Melo will continue to lead.

We got past all stars that are NOT scared of the Heat. Stat, Melo, Tyson, Baron and JR is like grandmama and ain't scared of nothing. Lin will feed off that.....

Lin has looked shaken up since the 1st quarter. I'm guessing it had something to do with the atmosphere at the start of the game.

I have confidence he'll figure it out in the 2nd half. As others have mentioned, this is his first game against the Heat.

Lin and STAT with 12 turnovers combined, that should change in the 2nd half, we're in good shape I hope.

A team who plays legit defense.

Dallas? I thought they were a top defensive team but I admit I am not sure of that.

I dunno but I thought they did a good job of adding pressure to Lin. But these guys are all athletically gifted playing good defense.

The bench has to win this game for us, we clearly have that advantage cause we took the lead when they came in

That can makes you loose confidence and play stressed.

True, but MANY of his turnovers have been just careless out of focus turnovers. He needs to cut them urgently.

well if you are double teamed and your players dont come to the ball its gonna create turnovers it happens

DUDE! LEt me tell you I love Lin, but I've got some newsflash for you: he actually makes mistakes. Amazing, right? Yeah, I know. I can understand the turnovers off double teams where they actually foul them. But he has like 4 where its been single coverage and he has just been careless. He didn't look ready for this type of game. He will get there, hopefully this next half, but to sugarcoat him because he is Lin? Nah, being objective is better.

I expect Lin to turn his game around and be a key in this second half, especially in the fourth.

of course he does i never said otherwise. i even said he is having an off night it happens. but people want to get rid of him already lol

Not me. I love him. But he needs to overcome this for us to play like we have to.

People are really gettin on lin in here? He looks shook? C'mon sonny. He's being d'ed up like he's derrick rose the way they comin at him. That's respect. Teams respect lin like that now. I see it as a positive even if he has a terrible game. No doubt I hope he bounces back in the 2nd half. Regardless, I believe in his work ethic so he'll eventually overcome whatever looks get thrown at him. Something like this can only make him better.

We have 15 turnovers and only down 4. Lin played a terrible 1st half.

That's been the difference so far. Our starters have been able to hang with their starters and we were leading with our bench on the floor.

Okay I'm done with you. This has nothing to do with hating Lin. The fact is when Lin is in the game the pressure is on 100 and turnovers are increased. Although he hasn't played long, the pressure was much less significant when Baron was in the game.

It's a shame that 11 Pts, 3 Rbs, and 6 turnovers is considered a good half now for Amare
