Lin and Shumpert have unbelievable stats together. That's MDA's favorite tandem to closeout games. They've been ridiculous defensively in our wins. Before this game I read they were a collective +53 or something like that. They just work really well together.

watching the post game - landry comes up and kisses Lin on the back of the head.

i love how much landry loves lin.

who would have thought this amazing kid from harvard could make the knicks love basketball and each other again. if that sounds sappy, hey, it's valentine's day.

Don't care if he hit the game winner 8 TO's is way too much. I had flashbacks to Jamal this game.

Stop the madness.

Lin is good and he is ours.

All ours

Yea I don't know what Anubis is smoking, but this team is ballin. We didn't even play a great game and still this team knows how to closeout games. They've developed that winning chemistry. IT's about results!!!

Are you kidding me? you have got to be kidding me!

Just when you thought the shine was wearing off. Fatigue...some turnovers...some missed FTs. Then...BANG! 3 pt play to tie it. 3 pointer to win it? You wanna talk resilience? You wanna talk focus! Holy crap this kid is special.

Lets give credit to the defensive monsters that fueled the come back. Shumpert and Chandler. Shumpert was suffocating Calderon. Totally suffocating that guy! Agressive on the ball defense. Total hero tonight. How about Chandler switching out to Barbosa late and containing the lane. Big time.

Jeremy Lin- who are you?! This is some run guys....that was an ice cold assasin's shot.

I'll tell you something: Lin is young and heavily talented. He is also out of control at times. But his best quality is his confidence, his determination and his leadership. Often times, those qualities are used as empty words, but in Jeremy's case, they are as tangible as anything else.

The guy has such a strong will to win, works hard to get into that position and delivers that he carries everybody else with his play. He is the ultimate "leader by example".

Not to take anything away from Melo and Stoudemire, who are great players and important for our success, but I'm starting to believe, for truth, that our hopes on a magical season rest in Lin's shoulders. He can make this group of individual players an amazing team simply by playing his heart out like he is doing.

Lin leads this pack. It isn't hype.

This is Lin's team.

Oh, and one more win brings us to .500! Yay!!

The space and pressure relief for Lin, as a secondary ball handler, Melo will create when he comes back is going to be awesome. The Knicks has two closer Emperor Big Shot and The Melo Closer will not be stopped.

I dont give a **** how feel good he is. I want to go deep in the playoffs. You forget we were playing the Raptors minus Bargnani.

Lin can get to rim and get to the line and I love it. I wouldnt trade him and stated he was a keeper. With that said he had 8 TO's, played some lazy defense on Calderon, and forced shots. But yea lets forget all that because he made the game winner.

That's what the Raptors announcers get for talking crap all night about Lin not being as good as Calderon. They were talking crap about the Knicks D and all kinds of nonsense. They were pretty much patting the Knicks on the head for keeping it close but they thought the Raps were gonna win. I couldn't take it anymore. Then Shump shut Calderon down and Lin won it.

I just can't believe Mr Selfless dribbled the clock out didn't try one pass and chucked up a 3 with no time for a rebound AND IT WORKED.
He was so calm about it though I imagine that was his idea all along, knowing that Calderon would expect him to drive or dish, therefore leaving him open with space behind the arc.
Or Something Goodness Gracious
If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.

Yeah that was some crazy defense by Shumpert on Jose, you can see Lin has reinstated his confidence. Shumpert's getting to the rim quite a lot I am loving it. If the zebras would leave Tyson alonefor 5 mins we would be blowing teams out.
