Although I agree with the bolded, we still need a pg. Especially having Amar'e and Tyson. All the better teams in the league have a pg. I can't see this getting any better until Baron is back and comfortable.

Exactly. some people are high because they think that baron will make us a top 3 team. hell even when baron davis was in his prime he was never a steve nash or chris paul

no one is expecting him to be a savior. we're expecting him to be a point guard. which this team does not have right now.

i do understand basketball been playing since i was 3 a pg no less go figure lol. I have read many people say that baron will make this team dominat all of a sudden so i didn't say anything untrue. Once again I am not saying the majority think that im saying a few or some. I mean like i said read the post please man it will make this easier lol.

If he has done so, then he either has no hope in his personnel or simply wants to get a message across that he wants his players to run his system or else. You call plays that will make your team successful and this team with all these isos isn't doing so.

Baron is (hopefully) going to orchestrate an offense instead of handing it off to Melo in the backcourt
Baron is (hopefully) going to create shots for our big man instead of watching STAT alternate between dribbling off his leg in the paint or flat out barrel into the defender.
Baron is (hopefully) going to be a legitimate scoring option when Melo and Amar'e can't find their shot and combine for 10/40 from the field.

Lot of hope going on on my part, just because of how catastrophic this team has been so far...but I'd love to hear which of these expectations are unreasonable.
