i have nothing against him... but ive seen him play in college, summer league, training camp and the nba... and at no point has he struck me as an nba player. he might be able to get there... but i just don't see it.

He has size (not weight though) and a great shot/release. Never underestimate a guy that has one above average skill in the NBA. Might take some time to develop, but if he gets the chance I think he sticks around the league for some time. He's not very good now, but I'm willing to be patient with the last guy off the bench

Yeah, agreed. Not saying they should cut the guy or anything. He needs confidence, mainly. But it seems like the NBA game happens a bit too fast for him. Maybe he can adjust.

I don't know if I'd call Sheldon great. But he's solid and capable. Which is a good attribute.

I liked Derrick Brown's energy.

He's great in what he brings. He's not an offensive player but he give you defense and rebounding and we need that.

blowout from start to finish.

Amare and melo were just scary on offense.. 65 points combined in just 54 minutes and only 31FGA... wow

Jeffries another good job defensively

TD is shooting the ball very well.. great game from him 20/6/3

fields was solid, didn't need much from him tonight but solid

good to see mason coming around hitting shots..

sheldon was truly the lanlord tonight

Derek brown is really athletic..

Rautins looks like he can play. nice to see him get burn..

AC giving quality minutes

Great win...

I agree, he is pretty slick, has good vision can handle the ball with either hand well ,so what that tells me is that he can get anywhere he wants most of the time, and we know he can shoot. should be interesting to see him develop.

Derek brown is an athelte!

Derek Brown impressed the hell out of me tonight. I'm happy Donnie went with a guy that is an elite athlete instead of whatever garbage retreads/has-beens PF/C people around here wanted. Leon Powe, give me a break!

Brown definitely was welcomed surprise, and probably the most unexpected, in a night full of them! awesome win

All I know is that it seems like Melo is more comfortable in the PnR with Amare than either Felton had been or TD is.

As a 'Cuse fan, I'd like to see Rautins make it in the league. When college guys come to the NBA and downshift a couple of positions, you always wonder how it will work out. Rautins could be a useful player if he develops his handle, but is that really a skill you can perfect at this stage?

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)
