MDA doesn't like players he has to teach how to play i guess... he wants ready-made contributors, & i guess they felt Whiteside would take a few years to develop & he knows he doesn't have that kinda time especially after the pisspoor way this team has played under his tutorlage so far.

i agree w/u tho, they shoulda been more proactive & grabbed a kid like Whiteside.
