I love this side of Francis.....I don't think I have ever seen Francis act like this in Houston or Orlando.

I've been really impressed with Nets young players. Nachbar,Williams,Wright and Adams have looked good. Nets look like they may have a good bench this year.

And i think it's about to snow out cause i still can't believe Curry hit 3 jumpers. That's more than i've seen since he's been a knick.

isiah - take those guys out of the game. you're an idiot. kidd, carter and rj were on the bench for the past 5 minutes yet you have marbury and francis out there when the game is over.

Our D sucked, but we did seem more physical than usual, so maybe there's hope. Still, last year in the beginning when we were playing good d for Larry it was by being quick on our feet.

The difference to our guards and the nets , our guards can score but the nets guards can set up their teammates and score too.

What happen to the pass 1st pg.

bottom line is we played damn hard tonight and we lost but i can live with a loss like this right now. It was sloppy, too many turnovers and a few too many jacked up shots... But we played HARD and thats all you can ask for right now, the cohesivness will come in time... Boy did i love what i saw from Steve/Q tonight!!!!!

Man looking at that score you'd swear it was an Overtime game :) It's like a timewarp back to the NBA past. No D, just shoot the ball man.

Well I'm glad the Preseason is over and we can get this season going for real. Let's all hope we have some great nights in store this season and a playoff spot at the end :)

Exactly. It's not if you shoot or pass first - that's something of a ruse - it's how well you orchestrate the offense. Our PGs just aren't great floor generals, whether they're shooting or otherwise.

Giving up 138 points is inexcusable. Preseason or not. Jeffries or no Jeffries.

That said, there are lots of things that I liked. Francis actually looks like he cared. Q looks to be rejuvenated (he's one of the few I gave a pass too). And as previously mentioned, the team played like a TEAM. I'm still second-guessing this "push offense" though. It seems that our bigs are not all that involved with it. Work in progress, yeah, but I'm beginning to wonder.

The experiment begins in Tennesee and the Grizz game is winnable.
