I just wanna say that I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE when runnings give up, no matter how obvious it is when they are out, and that's what happened when Nady made that initial BAD base running play. When they tagged him out at 3rd, he even kind of just walked over towards Mora to assist Mora in the tagging. Geeze. What's the worst that can happen if he just decided to run home. He gets caught in a run down and thrown out while trying? I'd much rather see that. Hey, if he were to do that, maybe he could have forced them to throw a bad throw or something if he was aggresive enough, or maybe if he slides into the catcher hard enough, maybe he drops the ball.

But to just stand there for five seconds to let Mora walk up to you? Come on. I'm surprised Kay and Singleton didn't mention this, especially Kay b/c he HATES when guys don't hustle.

The Yankees are probably the second most popular team in most of those places with other teams. They're hated everywhere but they also have more fans everywhere. Even here in Alabama I see more Yankees hats than any other team, except for the Braves.

last time i was at Camden Yards watching an O's vs. Yanks game there were more Yankee fans at the game than there were Orioles fans... it felt like a home game to me.
