Son of former Knick Anthony Carter is a combo PG/SG ~6'3" that avg. nearly 8 rebounds a game and is tenacious defender.

Small trade up from 24/25 and bring in Josh/Deuce 2.0 and add to the culture.

My dream draft right now is Devin Carter falling to #24, Nikola Djurisic #25, Ryan Dunn #38.

Given that our picks are in the same place, and with our roster - I’m picking Bronny in the first round.

He may not be his dad, he may flame out. But I’ve always liked these 2nd gen kids that have grown up on the big stage, because they don’t have a problem playing in a big market like NY.

And if Lebron wants to come to NY - maybe we can do a S&T with Bogs & Mitch going out to create some space.

i wouldn't take Bronny unless it was a package deal with Lebron.

we need those picks to replenish cheap youth.

Hoping Da Silva is there for us, he's such a perfect fit here IMO

Curious why people aren't seeing what I see in Yves Missi. 7 footer with a 7'6 wingspan and a 38.5" vertical. He's like a Nerlens Noel without the stone hands and a little more athleticism. Or a Bynum with a little less bulk on those knees. I am waiting to see the rest of the combine results but I have this guy high on my board. When I think about how to deal with the influx of guys like Wemby and Holmgren, he seems like an obvious choice to start working with. He is a little bit of a project at the NBA level, but man if he doesn't have the upside potential.

I would be fine with. Personally, I'm looking for more wing size.

Would be totally interesting to me if the Knicks picked this kid. Interesting potential

Watkins is the name to keep an eye on there. CAA client, local product, and he’s a 2-way wing. Can’t have enough of them.

Tristan Da Silva would be a great fit for the Knicks I think! Also ticks the box as reliable PF off the bench behind Randle with a different skillset than Precious!
Plus... makes TWO German Knicks with IHart or even FOUR if you include Leonie Fiebich and Nyara Sabally from the Liberty!

On another note Im really really curious to see how Rokas will do in Summer League and what the FO plans for him are! Another "true" PG on the roster would be nice but Im still struggling with his defensive "potential"... not sure if he would see any gametime under Thibs and how he fits into this teams mind-set/identity!

I would assume (if not saving assets for big summer trade) we have enough variable assets to move up reasonably to get 1 player we like —- not sure I see us making 2 or let alone 3 picks but who knows.

Carter does seem like Knick/Thibs fit and father Anthony Carter was one of toughest guys I’ve seen in NBA. Realizing now that I had met A Carter in Pueblo, CO. He was playing with Nuggets and we were both in Pueblo for sons youth basketball (I assume that was Devin). I’ve never tried to speak with a pro athlete but I admired his story and toughness so much I walked over in hotel and told him I was a huge fan. He was very soft spoken and humble - told him I was huge fan of his from Knicks days.

Another player whose highlights and strengths I like is the PG from HOUSTON (Shead?) trained under K Sampson and an absolute tiger defensively.

Bleacher report mock with trades today has Knicks trading all 3 picks to move up and take Rob Dillingham - 164lb PG from Kentucky. Some Kyrie comparisons with 45% 3FG%.

Looks awfully small but a little Maxey/Quick in his game.

Actually Martin I could see us drafting a defensive big — I think Mitchy is going to go via trade somewhere/somehow.

One way or another it makes sense to get a true pg to backup Brunson. I think Deuce has shown more than IQ did in the playoffs though. Will take way more assets to move up into the top 10, even in this draft. Probably another first and or swap. Moving assets probably hinges on what we do of course with Bridges, Mitchell, etc.

What’s interesting is some WOULD NOT take Bronny because of the pressure to add Lebron in a package deal.

I know a lot of Laker fans who can’t wait for Lebron to leave. Rumor is he’s not good for in game youth development because he holds the ball and controls the offense too much. I think with JB on the team, that’s not an issue for him. And I trust Thibs coaching which would reduce Lebrons control tendencies.
