Partly because he is good . . . and partly because Grant is not.

Grant is learning. By April or so, I bet Grant has some real moments for this team. By next season? A lot of moments.

Darn it i wish i could see it but i just don't yet. Now i do have faith in him but i haven't seen much at all besides a couple plays here and there.
give grant a chance. Kid has talent but he needs to be used better

Love what I'm seeing from this team and great to see Melo consistently playing a complete game.
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

I followed him in college - when he plays with confidence he is a much much better player. I think he will learn. Triangle is tough to learn, even for vets!

This team has figured something out. Definitely look like a playoff team.

I have. He's like Melo's new lil' brother. I feel like Melo's last lil' bro was JR.

Yeah melo loves JR. He still talks good about him and calls him his brother.

college confidence is far different and he is not good enough to not being able to shoot at all.

And, he seems to play really slow. He takes tiny steps and has no clue how to properly use a pick which is surprising being that he is know to be a PnR PG.

so here is what phil is thinking ....

I agree and until we upgrade at PG we need to give the guy credit.

MOST are giving him credit especially lately. He has been real good lately

Yeah when he puts up stats the stat watchers give credit but he's been doing good things all year but SOME are blind to that. lol

Who else noticed also that for the first time Dwill played the entire 2nd and 4th quarters. Fish is starting to give him more minutes.

I'm a guy who never believed Charlie Ward or Toney Douglas would figure it out - but I believe in Jerian.

I think he can figure it out. He has the full skill set, he's just playing tentative in the Triangle right now. That's my read, at least.

Compared to last year at this point in the season, we are +14 in 39 games. I would say that's improvement lol
