Being in the eastern conference semi-finals doesn't mean you're top 8 in the NBA.

so you don't subscribe to the "you are what your record says you are"?

What record are you referring to? If it's regular season, you have to adjust for strength of schedule. Or did you mean post-season record?

the knicks had a far easier schedule than the pacers? what was their ranking in the regular season? i want to know so we don't have these asinine arguments about "a win is a win" garbage.

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

I feel like Shumpert is the only one who really wanted to win tonight.

way too much time off we lost all momentum! some people thought the rest would do us good but since when is three days off ever good?

When you have the oldest team in the league and your best player dislocated his shoulder, rest sounds pretty good. I never would have thought they'd come out this flat though. I dont understand it.

dislocated where did you hear that? looks more like a small tear to the labrum to me.

It's really nice to see him move... it's like the Pacers' defense made him step up his game, while it deflated the other Knicks.

Carmelo Anthony said that his left arm "popped in and out" of his troublesome left shoulder late in the Knicks' Game 6 win over the Celtics.

Its weird though cause in the shootaround interview following this he said he didnt dislocate it.

Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

No issues with the officials tonight. Knicks just didnt have it. Love Shump and Stats effort. Can't say much about anybody else. Melo's effort was good.

Almost every team in the east had easy schedules. Indiana's record was tied for 8th best in the NBA but I'm not sure they are actually better than GS, LA Lakers, and Houston Rockets, who each had slightly worse records but tougher schedules. It's close.

Woodson has too many players to choose from and he doesn't know who to insert to help break a teams momentum. Kidd stole somebody else's minutes who could have opened the floor like Copeland or Novak.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

You don't know what the hell you're talking about. If you want Novak to get shots you create plays for him to get open. This coach doesn't do that. You just want Novak to stand there with the opposing teams D locked in on him? Well that's just dumb!!! I can show you PLENTY of plays that this team used to run for Novak to get open shots. Also you have to run sets that move the defense not this slow down ISO crap Woody is running.

THIS IS WOODY'S FAULT!!!
