I have said a few times that the loss of Felton has slowed the team for a while, however, the anti-felton crowd refuses to give Felton any credit.

Everyone agrees they miss Felton greatly. Its just scary that we depend on 1 player so much with one of the highest payrolls in the league

Enough with the dumb Felton reaches. He sux as much as the knicks do. If we are relying on Felton to make us better, we r PHUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

did you see the #s without him that TNT plastered on the screen

Exactly. Yet so many people can't seem to comprehend it. It's not about an individual but the effect he has on the team as a whole and how he fulfills the needs of the team.

Pretty much. The Knicks team numbers are down since Felt went down. Points in the paint are down, Chandlers' ppg and FG% are down, Melo's fg% is down, we aren't scoring as much and our team fg% is down. Yet, everyone only wants to focus on his individual numbers. Its a team game and the team has suffered since Felt went down.....

To repeat and state it a 3rd way

Felton, Kidd, Shump, Melo, Chandler

with JR, Amare, Novak, Prigs, White, Copeland coming off the bench

is far superior to

Kidd, Shump, White, Melo, Chandler

with same bench

Shump our best perimeter defender defending the frontcourt?

Not ideal but our offense in the beginning of the season looked best with 2 ballhandlers on the floor.

Think we can get the same ball movement and hockey assist fest with Felton and Shump starting in the back?

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

I am tired of our guards acting like they are scared to bring the ball up the court if bradley guards them.

Felton back Saturday start Amare

Starting Amare at 4 destroys the best mismatch in the NBA (Melo vs other 4s)

Good grief, this team looks like a JV HS offensively right now.

I think Melo is good enough to run the PnR with STAT and with Chandler

Melo is a finisher and Kidd to to slow. Melo can work once and awhile but he is not to be relied upon, We seen this much when he played point forward last year.

agree. as i stated in another thread.. starting amar'e isn't a priority right now. he's just starting to play well off the bench, let's leave him there for a bit. until i can see him and melo are completely able to play with each other, i leave him where he is.

God I want Felton to come back...watch our FG% (besides Felton's own)instantly rise when he comes back. He doesn't even have to shoot to make a difference.
