Sixers are #1 defensive team in league holding teams to 85 pts per game. What Knicks scored? Knicks held Philly to under 80 pts when they average over 100. Great work.

We also out rebounded the #2 rebounding team in the league.

We are winning because of our Defense. And that's playoff basketball. Lets go Knicks!!

Its amazing how muh 2 players can change your defense. Shump and Tyson has the Knicks playing top notch defense the past 4 games.

Big win. The Sixers are a good team. I hope msg/twc situation is resolved soon. I miss watching these games in hd. Shump and Jorts continue to impress. Douglas and Fields still are struggling. I missed the first half but saw D. D'Antoni's interview and the score and it sounds like the defense was really good.

It makes a HUGE difference when you're strong defensively up the middle. PG/C play strong d and you've got a chance to be a good defensive team. Team is definitely winning on it's defense.

So far this year teams on last game of bac2bac2bac had been 6-0, so this wasn't a gimme game. Plus Sixers are young and deep and had an easy game yesterday. Legit win in my book. Sixers were a bit tired but they would gladly have taken the win if Knicks didn't D up.

Tomorrow we play another hard playing team in the Grizzlies. They overplay everything. Rudy Gay is another long defender Melo has to deal with.

look no further than our 3pt shooting as to why this game was close 6 for 22. 22 threes when we lead the whole game! why shoot 22 threes when you are ahead! Thats why drives me nuts. I will take the win but they HAVE to learn from this

knicks 5-1 when shump plays now.

defense looked real good tonight. the opponent was tired, but knicks hung in. the offense fell apart in the 4th quarter again. went to melo-ball too early, especially when amar'e and iman had a nice run going to get the lead up to 17.

seemed kinda like the knicks just tried to play out the clock up 17 with 9 minutes to go.

Lots of open 3s too. Have to shoot those better. Particularly Shumpert.
