I was wondering the same thing.

I thought I read it all... until the above.

Maybe I should have made my position on this a bit more clear. I am not sure Billups is buying into what D'Antoni wants for the simple fact that he has been around the block, won a championship and knows what it takes. Maybe I should have said his heart may not totally be into his new situation because of the way the current coach approaches the game and how he prepares his team. I think Billups knows that a lot more needs to come from the coach if a team is going to compete for a championship.

Yea, Billups knows it takes the weakest conference of any year in the league's existence and a bickering, divided opponent in the Finals.

He's so much wiser than D'Antoni, the fella that had the Suns blasting through the L for almost 60 wins a season and deep playoff pushes in the toughest conference the league has seen maybe ever.

WE AIN'T NOWHERE WITH THIS BUM CHOKER IN CARMELO. GIVE ME STARKS'S 2-21 ANY DAY OVER THIS LACKLUSTER CLUSTEREFF.

How many coaches have we changed out the last few years?

So if we lose D'Antoni then we might as well trade everybody, sell the team and move on to baseball? So we are even showing up because of D'Antoni and we can't expect any kind of success without him?

Come on, this team right now is better suited for another coach. Still, I think things can work out with D'Antoni if he demands more defense and surrenders his belief that a traditional center and lineup isn't needed to win. But to say we would be a lowly team without him is incorrect.

Nothing is only because of D'Antoni. All I said was changing coaches twice a season is not going to fix the problems with this team.

Billups career and championship are far more impressive than Mda's not making it to the finals. And they blasted the lakers with inferior talent. Mda had superior talent and failed.
