Exactly, or for some reason McGrady performed worse when Q was in there. I'm not a big Q fan these days, but he has shown some interesting Defensive ability on top SF's on a few ocassions. And I don't recall him being known as a good defender either. His shooting and offensive ability has REALLY diminished though. He's our very, very poor man's, situational, Bruce Bowen, without the good 3 point shooting, these days. It's not enough to make him very valuable though, in my view.

after watching this game in entirety..i am seeing that the knicks arent using q rich properly...thats y he has no rythm, he never knows when and where he is gonna get the ball.

the double on McGrady worked well in the first half. We went away from doubling him.

just my op that Woods' aggressiveness and shooting touch was needed. Q bricked a 3 early in the shotclock and missed a lay-up underneath in the final minute and he was just as unable to contain T-Mac when it mattererd most.

I think Q is REALLY hurting, physically, and that has to be affecting his game. I know part of it is his ankle, but before that he was playing terribly as well, and one has to suspect his back is a legit problem. I know his brother's death has probably been difficult to deal with, but he was not doing anything for us anyway.

I like Nate, but I feel like we may have been bamboozled with regards to Q in that deal.

The doctrine of all GM's should be NEVER EVER EVER trade for a player with a back problem. McGrady is one who seems to play with his own alright, but one wonders about his future when you think about the history of NBA players with back problems.

I couldent watch so I just read the entire thread..... Man I don't know wats more painful lol... The knicks r so dumb and up and down its really ****in ridiculous..... Jerome james actually PLAYED????? Lb should b fired lol..... The ups and downs with jamal are uncanny.... Reminds me of starks... Kill me already

Marbury and Jalen are the only Knicks who know how to pass the ball. It's not as big a problem if both are actually playing

i forgot it was a national game...im glad we didnt embarass ourselves. i too felt we played a way better ball game today.
and we have to give thanks to jalen rose finding the open man and hitting curry where he can do something good with the rock.

How grateful were they that Yao was back! They didn't stop hyping him for 2 seconds.
