Rook, relax, nobody slamming the idea. need we condense with Murray at the expense of potential priorities? |

I think the team already has the pieces to let JB play off ball more, but the coaching staff needs to figure it out. Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. That’s where I’m coming from There isn’t anyone on the roster who can run the offense. There is that drop off when Brunson needs to rest. I was a no on Murray at the deadline but I am changing my mind on it. He ran that team successfully when Trae was injured. I could see him being 6th man first off the bench here around the 5 min mark and then running the offense when Brunson subs out. It would connect the 2 units and give them stability. |

![]() Man I really wonder about Rokas. He should be a pretty good cost effective answer at backup PG.

I think we would realistically need to include Bogdanovic and let iHart walk which is likely happening anyway. Teams in the Knicks position never do that. Ever. iHart does not walk if we trade for someone else with the Bogey contract. They just wouldn't trade Bogey if that were to instigate anything with iHart. I don't know where that comes from but it's not the right take. Official sponsor of the PURE KNICKS LOVE Program

That’s where I’m coming from Atlanta tried to do the same thing with Murray and it didn't improve team success. The other thing to consider is if Klutch facilitates a deal for their clientbto be a 6th man. Not saying it couldn't happen, just that it's another thing to navigate in negotiations. I think McBride still has room to grow as a playmaker and I think both Harts have shown they can organize the second unit. It's not necessarily a "playmaker" they need, but am offensive creator. Someone like a younger Alec. Maybe Shake can get it going? Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. I think we would realistically need to include Bogdanovic and let iHart walk which is likely happening anyway. iHart is probably going to get paid more somewhere else. Something we can't match. I know you get that part. The iHart thing isn't completely in our control. 99% of all NBA players are going to take the money. Will he do a 1 year deal with us? I dunno, but that is the work around. If he gets injured he could be screwed. No players agent is going to say 'you're happy? Hey I get it, don't take the money!' If we keep iHart and re-sign Bogey then where are we with the new cap rules and how do they affect a Bogey trade? I don't know, but it is a factor in decision making. You have to account for all scenarios |

![]() so what about... Frank ntilikina back?
a guy that won't complain about being a 12th man, but if OG misses time, he can step in as that fierce defender, and on this team, I think he can get some open looks from 3 and hit them. Always felt he would be better on a high IQ contending team. |

![]() I'm down for Murray - particularly because he has a reasonable contract.
I see him being an upscale Swiss army knife who can play both with and without Brunson. Our team lacks SKILL, we basically have 1 legit ball handler (1). We have 1 guy to get into the paint consistently (1). Biggest issue is do Thibs and Murray see eye to eye --- if answer is yes go get him. I don't care if he is starting and don't want to compare Knicks situation to either Trae Young or the Hawks. |

![]() Read that Borego and Atkinson with Bryant likely out. sometime today.
No rumblings about Johnny. Took no imagination to figure he'd be mentioned or interviewed at some point. Maybe they dangled his buddy if he signs? Maybe he said thats not fair to Johnny or himself to do that. If DM don't want to be in Clev, he don't want to be there. I don't see DM as a knick. But if they can swing him to BKN and he'd resign with primary piece being Mikal (Plus picks) then that starts to make sense. "Starts" means they not making playoffs!!!!! |

![]() Culver drafted by Rosas?
Seems like a good kid and needs another chance. HOpe he can make good on it. If so he is an asset. If not, no cost. Rosas is only 46, impressive title resume. Was under Morey in Houston, Go the GM in Dallas but lasted only 3 months and went back to Rockets for 6 more years. "disagreement with management". Not sure if it was him or the **** show that was that front office. Eventually Cuban had to clean house. Rosas first Latin American to be a NBA GM. We know Rosas ascended to be president of Wolves until his passion for someone besides his wife derailed his career. Not cool, but not quite Isiah Thomas territory either. Those were some ****ed up years in MSG. Rosas is a talent and part of Leon's group. |

Heck if they called a foul every time Brunson got slapped in the head we'd lead the league in free throw attempts. Great info on wingspan. Using the Indian series as an example, we didn't match up well against Siakam and Turner. Josh Hart and Achiewa could not do anything to match up against them and both are plus defenders. Granted this was without Randle and Robinson. |

![]() And when Bojan when down, our offense suffered. When the back ups also get injured, you got issues.
Sims for all his physical attributes does not defend well on the parameter. when you go 3rd string your right, we don't match up well with a mostly healthy team. |
