Huh? I never said McBride was going to do well. I said give him a chance. Now I am adding to give him a chance while not playing out of position. Maybe I am missing something so please elaborate.

It’s so unfortunate for players like Obi and McBride that thibs won’t run a play or even allow them
to be apart of the offense. We have to be the most ISO team in the NBA possibly the world.

What you saw last night backs up my concept. He did good things besides score. yet its the scoring in the GLeague that gets the love for him to play by fans. Thibs calls him a combo guard. His Gleague outbursts show a potetial thats exciting. But thats high volume balls to the wall Gleague ball. If he could light it up and be a “Baron Davis” type player (Physically the kid is a bull!), don’t anyone think the knicks would let it happen? Thibs is stubborn but c’mon man, he is not stupid!

To see RJ lead the second unit and up the pace? That was interesting install.

Its been so long since we had a real PG, we don’t know what they do in the modern game. Jah Morant is more than a PG, he is the love child of Iverson and Jordan. Very young and Im not saying he is a goat. He is uber athletic and as a threat he draws defenders and playmakes. CP3 elongated his career buy crafty ability to penetrate. This is what IQ does well and why he is being groomed. Its not easy to playmake in the paint!!!!! He is not a flyer like Jah or a tank like CP3.

Deuce is a bit Davion Mitchell. Solid defender and has offensive game. He is playing in the Gleague, and getting some time here..
He is not better than Burks, but his upside is there. “Why not just let it happen since we gonna lose every game”? Thats fair but thats easy to say when the losing is happening. Thibs wants to end the season on a high note.

Oh yeah, cam looks more comfortable too. Keep in mind only saw part of the 4th quarter. Just came back from a weekend road trip.

Miles is 21 years old and not at the end of his timeline. As discussed elsewhere he is getting used to speed and IQ is in front of him on the depth chart. As the season digressed, IQ was not able to start and Miles is not ready for leading the second unit. Thats were Burkes jumps in. Taking Alec off the wing gave time to Grimes. Nothing is perfect.

Well I like Frank so I guess? I like 2 way players. Frank didn’t have the offensive confidence that deuce has now in his 1st year.

That’s why I like Burks. Great 2 way player. He’s just not a PG.

IQ should be ahead of deuce. I think IQ learning to be a playmaker is better for his career than playing strictly SG. Just my opinion. To me IQ and Deuce are both combs guards and IQ is ahead of deuce. Yes agree.

I’m just trying to see what we have man. Losing season. No point in making the playoffs. I don’t think I’m asking too much. And so far thibs and company are answering the call to play the youths. So I have nothing to complain about.

He played off ball alot at the 2 last night. Thibs clearly views him as a SG and not even a combo guard. Wherever at least he’s playing. Hopefully eventually Thibs eventually decides to let him run point more
