I get the feeling if it were the Knicks committing these flagrant fouls, Stern would have thrown the book at them.

This just made me remember '97 - where he screwed us out of a title.

Haslem suspended one game. Pittman suspended three. Seems fair. Refs were on crack that game.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Screwed us out of a chance to dethrone the Bulls who we went toe to toe with in the regular season with H20 & LJ & Childs struggling to adapt to their new team. By the time that Miami series came around they were playing at a high level and complementing Ewing.

Pacers got owned AGAIN.

You need STARS. Plain and simple.

Imagine if they had Bosh.

Yup, Wade looked like he found the fountain of youth. Guess he took one shot too many.

Really looking forward to the Spurs/OKC series. Could be a classic. I hope the Sixers can take game 7.
Doug Collins is doing an amazing job.

Roy Hibbert had fewer shots (8) than any of their starters???

Was Miami playing such good defense on him with Haslem out that he could only get 8 shots? I'll answer my own question as I saw some of the game before. They, like a lot of teams, don't know how to get the ball to their big man. They missed him time and time again.

Indiana had a huge advantage at the center spot and didn't go to it. They deserved to lose that.

Having a guy like Lin on our team is nice, as he can get Tyson the ball...

OKC-Spurs is going to be a battle. Heat really have no competition in the East even with their roster and depth flaws. Wouldn't mind the Spurs winning it all. It would be the capper to Tim Duncan's Hall of Fame career.

Right now I would take great pleasure in seeing Miami lose, no matter in what series. I don't like what the big 3 started in the NBA and wouldn't have wanted it here.

Agreed. Anybody but the Heat.

I don't like them.

Don't like Riles, Dino, and Leb-rwone, and Dwade.

But I have mad respect for what they are doing this season and they way they are going about it.

That trap defense they did last nite and the speed by which they swarm is really something.

They got together and they had a coronation of them being the Champs. Kharma go them.

They learned its given but earned.

They are earning it.

I'll be rooting against them.

I enjoy watching the Heat. Lebron is just unreal. Wade can turn it on sometimes but he is fading.

Rooting for whoever comes out of the West, which will probably be the Spurs, who simply are playing unreal basketball right now.

I am really rooting for the Sixers tonight. My hate for Pierce, Garnett and the Celts in general transcends my hate for the Sixers.

Spurs are going all SSOL against the Thunder. Thunder liking the pace. Both teams look very competitive. I like the defensive posture of the Thunder, but they're gonna get killed from the 3pt line if they don't pay attention. My guess is that the Spurs win this one in 5. The thunder are jump shooting team but I think they really don't wanna play at the pace the Spurs are playing right now. The Spurs are so good at moving the ball and getting good shots, whereas the Thunder are not a good passing team at all. If they get into a shot jacking contest they'll lose. Oh Coach Brooks just said that they're going too fast in the huddle. That's what I saw too. Good coaching from him.

Spurs/OKC living up to the hype so far. Thunder lucky to have picked up Derek Fisher and his veteran leadership, and he is contributing on the floor.

Watching these two great teams go at it I think its hard to miss IMO that unless Lin comes back like he was during the streak, we will need a playoff tested PG who still has game to be able to get by either of those teams, let alone the Heat.
