I think Melo is going to go off for once in the 2nd Half. This 3rd Quarter will make or break this game.

Lin is injured. He went into the half injured. Don't be surprised if Lin is out for the next 3 or 4 games with an injury.

Yeah you have to be paying attention the time and score and that was LIn making a smart play. He could easily have mad that shot. Too bad he didn't get the ball soon enough to get it to TYson who was streaking down the court on the last play.

Very good half. Liked the ball movement. Melo playing good team ball. Stat making a real effort but his body doesn't always seem to want to cooperate. Lin playing smart, not forcing the issue, thinking of a plan B when driving to the rim rather than getting himself into trouble, not to mention great D on Rose.

That timeout in the first by D'Antoni after the Bulls made a quick run kept them from having to spend the rest of the half trying to dig themselves out of a hole. Everyone looks like pride won't let them go down without a fight. If they can play with the same sense of urgency in the second half they have a great shot at gutting out a win.

They should watch the first quarter again to see how well the offense was working. And continue the same effort on D. Because that's all it takes. Effort.

Entertaining appetizer, but this is when the game really starts: the 3rd quarter.

They come to play and battle, they pull the upset. They do their regular 3rd Q routine, missery continues.

melo isnt in shape well enough to play like a wild animal for 4 qtrs.

and i love lin, but he's only got 5 dimes.
