Good for all, good for Eny, Good for Briggy and some where TMS is crying tears of joy!

It was advious he would have an impact because he's the only of on the team that can get to the rim....he's probably the reason why baron Davis isn't back, killing bd in practice. Don't forget, Lin and jj was only back on the squad for practice scrimmages.

Lin was great. I hope Jordan starts getting some minutes also. He has great chemistry with Lin and looks good whenenver he is on the floor. Man it feels good when the Knicks win.

Yes. It's been Lin that MDA has had going against Baron in the 3 on 3's. Lin needed it as well as Baron. The staff has not been just ignoring Lin all this time as some might think. He needed work to learn the system even tho there hasn't been a lot of practice time.

smakedddog - waiting on Baron Davis is not a solution

One of the most overlooked assets is FEEL for the game...

"One thing that Lin does do exceptionally well is fill up the stat-sheet in every way possible. Besides being a terrific (and extremely efficient) scorer, he generates a large amount of rebounds, assists, steals and blocks, and beyond the numbers seems to have nice toughness and a very good feel for anticipating plays and being around the ball." - January 15, 2011

Having TWO versatile guards - 6'3 Lin and 6'8 Landry - who have a sense of place on the court, will make things easier for Stoudemire and the other bigs.

Guaranteed.

Time for the Lin and Landry Show.

The ball will move in mysterious ways.

The kid deserves a shot to start, so he can do more of what we saw him do tonight.

He's the best PG we have available, so why shouldn't he start?

I MDA wants the team to win games (and to keep his job for now), then he'd better start Lin until Baron is ready to start.

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Would you care to re-think that?

Quite frankly I dont think its close. If you consider Lin is an athletic 6-3 who looks to push the ball get others involved has the ability to break down a defense and add in he can actually shoot the ball--its an easy choice. Iman is playing because he was pick 18 but hes no PG. TD has not shown the intelligence to start at PG in the NBA. Hes a fine back up but not a true starting PG type. Lin is our Tim Tebow--give him the chance and lets see what happens.

I already knew about Wall punking him after the summer league game but now I can't wait for Friday. I always hated Fisher and I really hope Lin, at the very least, embarrasses him w/ a crossover.

Just incredible what Lin did tonight, and under the circumstances (no STAT, no Melo, barely any Tyson...)

For the record, I absolutely agree with how Lin was brought up with the team. I didn't think he was ready to start 2 weeks ago, but I'm sure as hell glad he is now.

I think I need to watch this a second time...

I'm so glad that we picked him up. We almost never get that steal of a guy who is overlooked but turns out to be a diamond in the rough. We've been having some good success with that, but not at PG. NOW WE'VE GOT ONE!

With so few resources it's a HUGE break to add a player that could turn our entire season around. I thought at best he'd end up being our PG behind Baron, but now...
