I just don't understand how we're supposed to build a winning culture when it looks like our two best players selectively give a crap about defense (you can really tell when Melo gives a crap on defense..usually big games against Pierce/Lebron/Kobe etc) and your $100M power forward doesn't really seem to care about rebounding..
