We have a lot of emotional ass players... If something goes wrong for them.. they get sooooo discouraged...But if somethin goes their way.. they start playin inspired as ****...

Do we need to hire a motivational speaker?

frye has lead feet. he had a stifness factor last season and this year, with the extra weight, it's VERY noticeable.
