Im impressed with Huk's quick decisions, especially for a rook. In a variety of situations.

Huk's bball IQ, is the highest Ive seen for a rookie Center to play for the Knicks in a long time.

Interesting take and now that I think about it the reason we never knew Huk was good on the short roll is because we have only seen him play with Kolek. Kolek is a different kind of passer than Brunson. Kolek sets you up to where all you have to do it score. So we never seen Huk in these positions that iHart was so good in.

Sims should not be getting minutes over Huk.
When Towns is back Huk should be the primary backup

I think we are trying to cash out on Sims. Thibs is not that dumb. He knows that Huk is better than Sims. The same way he knew Deuce was better than Evan Fournier when we had him riding the bench while giving minutes to Evan. If Sims can show something, then maybe we can move him for either a 2nd rounder or as part of a package for a scoring wing off the bench, but we can’t do that if we give all of his minutes to Hukporti. Not to mention if the rest of the league catches onto how good Huk is, then they will demand him in deals at the deadline. It is best to just keep him under the radar for now until after the deadline passes like we did with Deuce last year.

You know what Thibs is thinking? This can be a real cool skill to have.
Perhaps if Mitch returns strong prior to trade deadline it makes sense.

What Thibs knows is he can rely on Sims more than Huk. That could change any day.
How do I know that? Time on the court! Im not in Thibs head.

Huk had good minutes vs. nets without Claxton. Lets not get too a head of things. Or in the head of Thibs.........

Right, occam's razor. Jericho just is being given a chance to play. Hukporti is still learning things and they building and feeding him minutes slow.
