In addition to the lawsuit due to how the team treated a pregnant player there is now another one about coaches being abusive to their players.Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: CC is for Caitlin. There was this coordinated effort to link Caitlin with racist trolls online. Most WNBA player are not used to being famous so they are chronically online unlike other famous athletes. Once they troll figured this out they started trolling WNBA players and the idiots don't know to never engage with trolls because that is exactly what they want. Long story short trolls beeen trolling hard. WNBA players constantly fed the trolls by replying and retweeting. They all then blame Caitlin fans for being racist and then blame her for not speaking out on it. Mind you she has done it multple times already but they ignore that. 1st time - Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: 2nd Time - Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: 3rd - Time Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: By the 3rd time she understood what was going on. That is why she made sure to put it was trolls and not fans. The WNBA Players all at the same time started to link her name with racism right after she was eliminated from the playoffs. It was obviously coordinated smear campaign against her and her fans. We did not know it until now but the WNBA old guard does not like all the attention they are now getting because more and more stories like these about abuse are poping up and not being ignored like they used to. |

![]() Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: WNBA players still hating. Everything this poster said is correct. To add onto her post is the fact that people have to link Angel with Caitlin with everything. THey are not even close skillwise but they have to make it seem like the a black rookie player was nearly as good as Caitlin was. CC was 4th in MVP ranking and Angel was never even near those conversations. The ESPN girls did this too. Then they tried to gaslight people into forgetting they were pushing angel to counter how well Caitlin was playing. |

![]() In addition to the above article. SHe makes her money from Endorsements. She is still underpaid but this is her first year and already top 10. That will only rise. She makes 100k per virtual interview and 300k for in person. She been racking them up this offseason and have more to come. SHe will probably have made more in the offseason than the Million she turned down to play in Unrivaled by the time the offseason is done.

![]() Since you got me in my WNBA posting mood I got another one.
The next seasons sched has come out and they made sure to Milk ANgel for Caitlin as much times as possible. They play 5 times in a 44 game season. I can't hate on them though. They need to do what they can to raise the WNBA money and ratings. Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: |

![]() This is why I don't think I can ever support the WNBA outside of Caitlin. Too much jelousy and focusing on stuff not related to basketball. Caitlin just did a huge interview where she said all the things that white players say in the WNBA to be left alone and they still hate her. The thing she does not understand is she does not go by the same rules. She is too good/popular. They can't stand that a white person is the one to popularize rthe WNBA. So nothing she does will ever be enough.

![]() Nalod wrote:She also might be wanting to reduce her exposure a bit as not to burn it out. Nalod I don't see anything good in what the Owner is doing. Look at how every other league treats Caitlin. Just in the few months alone we have had Caitlin be apart of the LGPA, GPA, NBA and the NWSL(Soccer). The only league who has this problem is the WNBA. This has been a constant thing. Everything she earned is due to white privilege. They never give her any props for anything she does to grow the league. She never sticks up for herself. Infact she always downplays things because she don't want to play the victim. Back when they was picking the players for Team USA. They said she was not good enough. Mind you they picked a player who been injured all year and an old ass Diana T. Diana was unplayable the whole Olympics. Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: Here is A'ja talking about that white privilege that seems to be such a hot topic in the WNBA. Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: For context this video A'ja is basically telling Plum that her and Paige are the good white players because they accept their privilege. Here is the kicker the game they were at was Paige vs Caitlin in the Final 4. Notice how she leaves Caitlin out of the good white players list. This not not all a coincidence. I am a black guy that just wants to watch basketball and the people in the WNBA will not let that happen. Been on this forums for like 20 years and never talked about race with the Knicks. That should be proof enough this is a WNBA problem. |

![]() I forgot to add the owner brining up Caitlins Nike deal. The first Drama with Caitlin and the WNBA was when she first signed with Nike. The drama was centered about how can she have a shoe deal before the MVP A'ja. Needless to say all of WNBA social media piled on Caitlin and A'ja poured gas on the fire with her cryptic social media posts. SOme time has passed and it turned out A'ja had a show deal before all the drama happened but she was waiting to announce it. So she just let everyone pile on to Caitlin for no reason. ANother funny part to this story is now Paige who A'ja thinks is a good white girl has a Nike deal. Juju also has a Nike deal and no one cares. There was no drama at all. These 2 are still in college. So why was it different with Caitlin? Something is not adding up.
A'ja straight up just came out and said a huge part of Caitlins rise was about race. You have to click to get the full quote. Mind you A'jas quote was before the season. They were setting this up a long time ago. Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: |
