Does this front office able to multitask? What is the possibility of them being able to complete two deals at the eleventh hour? Can they complete the 3 team deal that brings Dragic to the fold hopefully to finish the season while getting cap relief to go after Bronson in the offseason. If this deal is completed, will dallas feel any pressure for holding on to Bronson?

Can they make another trade say for Harrison Barnes, hopefully for Evan and Kemba plus a 2nd round pick?

Can a starting line up of this out performs this year's team?

Mitch
Randle
Barnes
Rj
Bronson

Im not too excited with this line up...

It seems like that Burks trade is real. Woj said on TV he is a talked about option for the Lakers.

putting aside cap numbers and such (which i know is a big hand wave)

Noel on Lakers, Jazz, Bucks all make sense, even the Suns. All for teams looking to add a piece to help playoff push

Burks i always imagined back with the Jazz. He seems to have finally gotten his game together in a way they hoped when they drafted him. Could also see him on the sixers. seems like a weird fit for LA

EF. I imagined with LA -- not that that would happen but i could see him complementing Lebron and AD. Could also see him with Hornets now that Hayward is hurt.

Kemba i have a tough time seeing anyplace. Really sad because he seems like a great guy, but his knees are gone

Me neither...Not sure if Bronson solves our pg issues. He can shoot, though

Man I don’t know, if we can get Westbrook for burks,Noel,EF, kemba

Why wouldn’t we do it ? Yes I understand Westbrook isn’t the same player and he’s been bad on LA and his contract is large for this year(already over) and is a free agent at the end of next year.

In this move we clear the vets and bad signings and take back a PG who can still be prolific in flashes

With burks,EF,kemba,Noel gone our line up would open up for the talented youth.

Westbrook,Rose
Rj, IQ
Grimes, reddish
Randle,Toppin
Mitch,taj or sims

Draft a PG

Westbrook is expiring next year so he could be a salary dump next year. Or even this off season.

I’m under the impression we should fix our signing mistakes even if it means taking on Westbrook for the rest of this season and next year.

We are NOT WINNING A CHIP THIS YEAR OR NEXT YEAR. Let’s develop the youth and draft well.

Sounds like we’re going the Westbrook route to dump some of the sh t contracts like EF and Burks

I saw that we said we have zero interest in a Westbrook trade which ch of course means it’s going to happen

Ball dominant pgs can never coexist with Lebron. The only time that ever happened was Kyrie for 2 years and then they fell out and were forced to trade Kyrie for nothing to appease Lebron

Not saying Westbrook is going to be an all star here but he’s way the f better than Busted Knee Walker and Burks and IQ trying to impersonate point guards. Plus we get rid of 2 maybe 3 bad contracts and get guys like Grimes and Cam more playing time

I have been pounding the table for Westbrook for a few years now. Sadly it seems the Knicks are afraid to add an aging expensive player even though he'd be a clear upgrade over anyone on the roster.

The Knicks aren't getting an in his prime stud PG anytime soon and they should act that way. Westbrook is better than nothing, which is what we have right now.

Same people were saying no thanks to Chris Paul when there were rumors he could sign here as a FA. He's too old I was told. Wonderful.

If we trade Cam it better be for a 1st round pick equal to or better than the one we gave up. It will be a bad look to just flush an asset down the drain.

This is speculation but it seems to make sense and could be the reason for talk of the Lakers trade.

"It clears cap for Brunson

Noel Burks and Cam equal to 23 million in cap. That we send out, we get 19 million expiring back. If we waive Taj, it cuts around 5 million which is needed to compensate for Mitches 4 million dollar cap hold

So this gives us 24 million dollars to use in FA. Brunson is gonna ask for 20 million."

Don't like the idea of trading Cam. He gives us a look that we need more of: long, athletic wing. He fits the timeline with out core group and is still developing. Would like to see a full season of Cam with consistent minutes before I decide on moving or keeping him.

If Harden is going to leave no matter what this summer, who do you think KD trusts more, Simmons or Westbrook?

Understand and do hope the Knicks can clear some salary cap space - but unless 2 #1 picks are returning I hope they don't dump Cam as we just paid a 1st to have him sit on our bench for a few weeks.

Also hope they hold onto Mitch until they land a PG (preferably under 30) that knows how to throw a proper lob.

I think Westbrook for cap clearing contracts only makes sense on the basketball floor if Randle is included on that deal. Westbrook is ball dominant and Randle is ball dominant. On the plus side - things with Randle/situation would likely implode faster if we did this...
