I added Sims because he barely ever talks. I don't think I ever heard his voice until now.

McBride, the 36th overall pick in last year’s draft, averages 29.4 points on 50 percent shooting and a staggering 53.5 marksmanship from deep to go with 9.6 assists, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.8 steals. But he needs to curb his 4.4 turnovers. Tuesday night was a good start as he only coughed up two errors in 39 minutes.

I don’t understand thibs love affair with burks at the point.

I know management messed up and didn’t move one of our wings at the deadline.

Cam needs to play a lot I see flashes of T MAC in his game. He needs floor time to develop he has all the tools to be great he just needs floor time.

After this kind of bad streak we’ve been on, a line up change is needed, I want to see both burks and EF come off the bench.

I don’t see why thibs won’t try this? In a lost season and the current starters not working out. I mean even start quick and have McBride off the bench … why are we suffering through burks playing out of position, and EF’s awful defense.

I want to understand how someone can defend Thibs and his choices of late.

Deuce comes across as pretty mature. Handled himself well with the media. Think I heard Berman with "gotcha" type questions.

Berman speaks for the fan and knows “Free Deuce” is a thing. For those that “I don’t understand why”, well listen to him answer questions and you get a sense of truth. Sure he is polished in his answers a bit as not to ruffle the feathers but he puts it in context of his reality which is the veterans play, and he is learning.

I can’t sway opinions of some of you but he just told us game management was important. On these pages others have mentioned too he can play free in the Gleague and not worry about that. In the NBA, he has to.

So now we have Obi parked in the corner whenever he plays and he is not a 3pt shooter so that is just a waste. We have Cam parked in the corner whenever he plays and he is one of the few people who can get by his man and drive to the hoop. So that is a waste. Now McBride stand in the corner whenever he plays so our only PG on the roster is no longer a PG. No wonder McBride does not get much time. There are only 2 corners players can stand in. 1 is for Obi and the other is for Cam. SO unless one of them get injured there are no open corners for McBride to sit in the whole possession. I really don't understand how you guys can defend Thibs and his terrible rotations or defensive and offensive schemes.

Why would he pull Cam when he was playing well in the 4th? I will never understand it.

If Thibs doesn’t see McBride as a pg then Derrick Rose ain’t no pg. Butks definitely isn’t and Quickly isn’t either. I’m of the belief they are tanking to get a high pick to trade for Zion. That is the only thing I can think of because Thibs moves seem to sabotage the team.

I support trading for Zion but no way should we trade our first this year for him unless Silver screws us yet again and we get the 9th pick or worse

You’d understnad it in the context that good runs don’t always last. Who else was coming in?
Fornier is a streak shooter and if he gets hot, he can carry the team. Cam has yet to shot that type of game.
You understand AFter the game. Knicks win, you blow it off. they lose you have something to point to. In hindsight your right, but at that moment thibs went with what he thought gets him the win. It did not work.

We all want the wins and Reddish to produce. Injury, Covid, fate, what ever, he is getting minutes.
McBride got 7 min more than he got previous. What he does in Gleague is play free and like a star. if he can do that in the big show, he is Tim Hardway Sr. Unleash him? its been tried. He is not there. Much to learn.. this is what I see in previous games here. The 15 pt game was a nice stretch. He might be a very very good player. Just not yet. Soon? Maybe?
