We need a dude with attitude that can push Melo to reach his full potential. It is eighter Fisher finds the gall to motivate WATERMELON, or get another star to do so. He is way too cool with his approaches and that needs to change

I have been saying it all along, develop Hardaway, because he has the smarts and abilities to be a special player. Stop giving valuable minutes to JR Smith and accept the mistake the young players will make while learning.
