I almost thought we were going to lose this game!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is better than the rest of the team just standing around and watching Melo. They'll have to be a bit smarter when it comes to deciding to shoot the 3 or drive, but overall this approach is working better for everyone!

So real post would be:

Look even against a bad Nets team if our players aren't hitting shots they are easier to defend. It doesn't mean the coach thinks he can with defense and only cares about Iso's. If the team is stinking it up from the feild, it makes it harder to move the ball, they didn't change what they were trying to do Meg.

Sarcasm would be:

Awesome job Nixluva with your insider line to Woodson. We all know him yelling "spread offense" is why Novack and Smith started hitting shots and Chandler stopped missing dunks. You are always right!!!!!

See the difference?

Melo: "I'll talk to management and throw in a good word for ya, dude.".

Maybe we can trade Amare and BD for DWil and Wallace

I'll give them Bill Walker and Toney D for DWill and Wallace. They have to take it or leave it.

I still have faith in Amar'e, and he's the one whose arrival helped change the face of the franchise. He'll come back and make a positive contribution.

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

If you actually knew what you were talking about I could take you seriously but you don't know what you're talking about. Why don't you explain to us what sets the team has been running the last 2 games and if they're the same as they had been running recently when the offense struggled? Woody clearly has made a decision to open up the floor and go back to some of what the team was doing earlier in the season, for the purpose of allowing the role players to do what they are more comfortable doing. Even Woody acknowledges that for the good of the team they need to run more of the old offense.
They've gotten back to more of the old PnR, uptempo spread offense.

Good Spacing, PnR, player movement and ball movement are basic principles that you want to execute regardless of whether the shots go down or not. It's the proper approach. When you do it right, it leads to open shots and good rhythm. That's why it works. For a while the Knicks as a team got away from that and they struggled on offense. When it wasn't working for the Knicks it's was because they weren't executing properly and Woody said as much. But then you don't want to accept his own words so what's the point talking to you about anything that makes sense?

The Knicks are just playing better overall since the coaching change. The Knicks have held 15 opponents under 100 since the coaching change. Five of six opponents scored over 100 pts. over the last 6 games of D'Antoni's tenure. It has been a total transformation.

Unfair comparison because Melo was missing shots on purpose. And did you know he was not trying? Dogging it? He said so himself.

C'mon man! Sportsmanship.

How big of a dick do you want us to be?

its one thing to shake hands is another for Melo and Deron to be all lovey dovey

Jordan, Magic, Ewing Barkley ... They are all friends with each other. Eh ... I hear ya - it just does not bother me. I don't buy into all that bs.

Me either. Wasn't they all in Space Jam?

God bless, you're such a Jackass you don't even realize it.

You complain about things that aren't real or are just plain stupid to complain about. Like Carmelo playing great all around basketball, but not hitting shots a month ago. Of course it was stupid and a terrible bet that he would continue down that path. But of course you think you were right about what ever was the reasons for you bitching about Carmelo Anthony playing a all around team game but still being off shooting.

Just like how you think the team and coach feel into some iso Melo ditch and are seeing the light now, as you predicted. No they played really good teams and look bad for stretches, even in the Bulls and Heat games they started out with "spread offense and pick and roll and ball movement" you just didn't care to watch because it was against your bitching.

I can even show in the games that have your panties in a bunch, that the team went cold and those good defensive teams played, good defense. What a shock. But you think your some coach prodigy or something, every time the team runs into a tough match up. Like there is a coach in the league that doesn't believe in moving the ball and trying to spread the other team out. I know this is your new talking point but it's holding zero weight. Good teams dig in and change what we want to do, the team isn't forging what to do. The knicks come out strong and good teams make the game harder!!!!

Comedy! D'Antoni had Melo stand at the corner or the elbow 3 while running High PNR will Lin/Chandler or Lin/Stat all day. He never put Melo in the low/mid/high post like Woodson is doing now!
