We made them play like dogcrap with our Defense.

I like how Lin got past that stretch where he started to look lost and came back strong. I don't mind Shumpert missing those layups, hasn't been going to the rim much, and once its back it will add another dimension. I like the P&R by Fields. I like how Jeffries is shooting more but don't like that he's treated like a shooter, not yet anyway.

Magic Johnson on Lin: "This guy is for real"

don't get better than that!

He also said Lin is a mix of Stockton & Nash

If they trade this kid for Dwight Howard I'll personally string Dolan's carcass using vioLIN strings.

Lin is elevating the play of the guys around him and that is a beautiful thing. This is just getting started...

Is Toney Douglas injured or just in time out?

He is smart to go look at the tape and see how the Lakers are playing him and adjust. I believe thats what they usually do at half time. I don't think they grab a snack and check their Emails

he'd turn into such a different player if he could. teams wouldn't be able to play so far off of him if he could just hit that 35-37% of the time.

He's made some great strides getting back to where he's at this season. I think we'll see him work on his shot this summer.

hard to believe he shot 39% last year. just like passing is contagious, i think making and missing 3s is contagious. it's a team confidence thing, i think.

Knicks have to play even harder in the 2nd half, cuz the Lakers are laying in the weeds waiting to put on a burst of energy. I don't trust that Kobe!

i actually felt like the lakers made a little run and the knicks responded well. if landry had hit that 3 at the end of the half, it would have been pandemonium.

I really hope we can hit some open shots in the 2nd half the Lakers can cut this lead in a second if they use Pau and Bynum.

I'm guessing time out. Injured or not I think he needs some time off to get himself right. As much as I've been a critic, TD hasn't had a chance to reset. Maybe this will help.

agreed.

and MDA basically said Toney is in time out. i think it's a good move, he was broken, confidence-wise. give him a little time off, let him get his head right. we could use his shooting and defense if his head (and shoulder) is right.
