i've said that Douglas has taken a beating which was unwarranted. Yes he hasn't been playing well but the whole team was playing like crap. Douglas wasn't the reason we lost the last two games

Nah! Once STAT's jumper gets going you see that he's just as effective as ever. Not to mention when we get B Diddy in there.

That's ok as long it's not being forced...Those will fall when he gets his legs...He is not fully in shape yet..Most of those guys aren't...But don't look at that..Look at the flow of the offense...Still...

I agree that his shot will come and he will play much better but he needs to play better without the ball.

This game also shows that we don't need to play amare crazy minutes

yeah, toney did a better job running the team tonight. i'd be thrilled with 14pts and 7asts for toney on the regular. a big improvement. though shooting 30% is still not good. and he is still missing guys. but if he continues to show improvement, it's only going to help.

big question for tonight - how much of this win had to do with amar'e's absence from the lineup?

i love amar'e, but he's been playing terrible. every game he's played this season reminds me of the game he played in game 4 of the boston series - when he was playing with the back injury. Jorts looked so much better as a starting PF, it's not even funny.
