TD had a straight shot for a layup on that fastbreak and he fades to the corner for a 3...wonder if that is designed.

Best thing about Billups is that he gets the ball to whoever has the hot hand. Haven't seen a Knick do that in a while.

Once they hired a guy like Terry Porter who asked him to play defense he got angry and wanted him fired. This is another reason why he doesn't like a defensive coach like Scott Skiles. Amare is indifferent to defense...and rebounding.

I think he wanted him fired cause the team sucked.

The team sucked because they didn't want to play the defense Porter asked them to - especially Amar'e.


I think they were required to work a lot harder in camp and practice and they weren't getting results as good as when D'Antoni was there. Change is hard and when it appears to not be working guys are going to complain.

The Knicks need to go at D-Will and Lopez early in the 4th, draw their 5th fouls quickly and hopefully foul one or both of them out. Melo's on, Billups is ballin', but Amare and the others have to get more involved.
