I hate this decision because Lebron James, along with Amare and the rest of the players we have could've really brought the Knicks back to the promised land, but one part of me is relieved we have nothing to do with this ego-driven, selfish, classless human being. He planned this for two years? Wade and Bosh announced their decision yesterday and he had to make a 1hr ESPN show only to announce his decision? I don't care how, but the Knicks are gonna be back and I will enjoy every time they beat this self-proclaimed King who won't ever, no matter the rings he has in his hands, be considered a winner. This whole free-agency process showed Lebron James' true colors, and I'm glad they aren't blue and orange.

I am not upset because I never thought he was coming and I have stated many times on this board that I am not a Lebron fan.

Did I want his talent on my tea? Sure - but his lack of class and all eyes on me attitude is not something I think I could deal with.

I really want to see Melo come to NY. I think he fits the city and the fan base much better and I like the way he plays. The Knicks at least have a future now and it began with Amare.

I don't know if it's possible but UK should try to work with Amare and the Knicks to lobby Melo, start a bring Melo to NY Facebook page, something - anything that shows that guy we want him. We are going to need him.

All kidding aside- I would have been happy with him coming here, but not nearly as much as I would have felt because of the above.
