Sweep averted.

Hughes with a huge game (39pts, 6 rebs, 4 stls) and Nate getting hot late. We won this game in the third quarter when they went ice cold.

It seemed like was annoyed with Nate and Al in certain parts of the game.

Good and needed win but we're going to need more.

Pistons next - who are playing much better now.

yeah, they can, but i think d'antoni is first and foremost trying to get the knicks to win and get into the playoffs.

they aren't superstars, they're young guys, and the other players playing better and helping us win.

galliari played 20 minutes and wilson 32.

d'antoni played 8 guys, and wilcox barely got any burn after he got into foul trouble.

so basically, the starting five substituting wilson for nate, played the overwhelming bulk of minutes down the stretch, since he wanted to win.

I tank it's too late to tank. The tanking should have been done many years ago. 2003 was no time to get a 9th pick.

horrible officiating

nate and hughes got hot and carried us..

Gallo and chandler were out of rhythm, but with nate going waderson tonight, you could expect them to not get shots..

Lee played like a man under the boards....

good win..

Is something going on there? Why did Nate and Al not play late in the Nets game, costing us a critical win?

Some kind of Nate/Al mutiny or what? They should be the happiest campers in this system.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

d'antoni can't like how the ball doesn't move when they get it. he's said as much.

this win strikes me as fool's gold. can't rely on hughes for 40pts every night, duhon looks bad, the ball's still not moving right. oh well.

I agree, but that of course assumes that Nate will distribute and move the ball around, which he is apparently incapable of doing regularly

yea.. I call those his two "special" students.. those guys just don't get it.. so he has to spend extra time with those two numbskulls

When I did my keys on the other site, i made note of that.. we won because Larry and nate got hot.. we won't be so lucky next time they are not as hot.. it is fools gold. I am sure Dantoni will take the win, but he can't be thrilled with the way the offense is run..
