Looked like a charge to me. He lashed into him shoulder to chest.

Drama in Game 6 as Lakers are moments from closing the Jazz out.

The Jazz had two great shots at tying the game and couldn't get it done!

I didn't see this thread earlier. I'll add my comments here:

-Rip Hamilton is a VERY good scorer. The guy could easily score 25 PPG if he wanted to be a more selfish player. He's better on offense than most of the players who do average in the 20s.

-KG should be getting 20 shots per game. He's so versatile on offense. He can shoot jumpshots and can create his own shots in the post. He should be shooting just as much as guys like Ewing, Olojuwan (sp?), and David Robinson did.

-The other 2 of the big 3 are really letting KG down. I'm starting to wonder if the "big 3" is actually KG, Pierce, and Rondo. They could afford to lose Ray much more easily than Rajon.

-Western conference playoffs are usually on too late for me but Kobe's playing amazing ball. He has the best killer instinct in the game and has really impressed me with his willingness to play injured and play unselfishly.

If this is true, I hope the NBA finals get the worst ratings ever. It's quite a joke.Maybe that will get Stern to wise up.

Well last yr he got his Darling Lebron in and viewership went in the toilet. He seriously needs to wise and stop with the in the closet/behind the scene tinkering.

if Stern was trying to fix anything - why not have the refs give the Cavs a few more calls last year? Most of the games were close enough that if there was a fix in, that series could have easily gone 6 or 7 games. Instead San Antonio in 4.

Now I do believe the refs tend to favor one team over another with their calls.

Duncan's had far worse recent playoff games than KG's 13 and 12 (so far) today.

So Boston dodged another bullet.

As lazy as the Pistons tend to get, they'll destroy the Celtics if Boston keeps playing as lousy as they have been.

Rajon Rondo can't guard Chauncey Billups.

I think the Celtics will have no answer for Tayshaun Prince.

Tough not to feel for Lebron.

He's the best in the league 1 on 1 driving to the basket but he needs to work hard on his post-up/mid-range game over the summer.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.

You can't be serious. You have no understanding of stats and the probability that someone--anyone--will make one shot if you place that much emphasis on one basket, or of the fact that 3 points count the same whether they're scored at the end of the game or at any other point (like any of KG's 3 point plays). It looks like you're just searching for reasons to idolize Duncan

so if Ben Wallace was in that position he would've hit that shot?

but anyways back to my point:

KG has had a rather NON DESCRIPT 14 games thus far whereas Duncan in that 1 game alone produced more memorable plays

He would have had a chance to hit it, sure. Memorable? Who cares about memorable? What does that have to do with the players' net impact across 48 minutes?

Let me do a quick stats quiz: Whose points counted more to the outcome of the game? Duncan's 3 pointer that happened to be at the end of the game or KG's 3 point play (dunk + foul on a fast break) in the first game?

Any why on earth are we talking about Duncan anyway?! What does Duncan have to do with whether or not KG was "scared" today?
