Offense and defense clicking on all cylinders.
We get OG back at a hundred and Harts jumper back we are gold.
Love how Deuce got his shot back and looking comfortable.
Shamet playing at a high level.
Love how KAT shares the ball and stayed away from stupid fouls.
Love our bench. MR key.
Love how Bridges has stepped up in the series.
Excited to see where this goes.
Chemistry seems to be the best we have had as far back as I can remember.
Reminded of how good picking up KAT and JB was.
Go Knicks
Imagine if we had a legit stretch-4 off the bench?
Not pushing my luck after this series.
Happy the way we are. For now, lol

Yabu Daba Doo!

The only thing Yabu was stretching was his waistband.

This version of KAT is easily a Top 20 player in the league

His dimes have become the most exciting part of this game

Has changed everything for us just in the Knick of time. Teams game planned on blitzing Brunson's hero ball for the playoffs. Now Brunson is freed up and free flowing.

Brunson is almost as loose as Deuce.

His 35 in 3 quarters in game 1 might have been the easiest 35 he's ever had in his NBA career. Playing with Luka his first years of his career. He's already been accustomed to playing off the ball.

Then there is Towns being a lot less guardable this playoffs in comparison to last years. Which he would try to drive with tunnel vision again and again. Looking to be bailed out by the ref if he wasn't able to muscle his way in.

It was said many times that Mike Brown was bought in to help Brunson have an easier time scoring.
Our guys migth be a bit hard headed as early results looked good but then the reverted back to Iso ball leading to "do your ****ing job"....
and I think we saw last year good ball movement at times with Thibs but not like this.
Brown finally broke thru!

Credit where credit's due. Coach Brown has done what he was hired to do - lengthen the rotation, reduce minutes, and unlock the offense. There were growing pains, but he deserves as much credit as anyone on the roster...he definitely shared in the criticism.

I heard somewhere, I forget where, that KAT in the high post has elements of GS with Draymond passing out of the high post (Brown was an assitant at GS)

I also saw once or twice Mikal run and action that San Antonio used to run: my simplified explanation is Mikal runs and makes it look like he will go to the corner on the right but he turns and runs to the corner in the left as pg is driving to the hoop. Creates all kinds of momentary confusion on who is defending who. IIRC San Antonio called that the hammer play or something like that

Hoping one of the savants can chime in on this and educate the rest of us

So we can expect to see Brown show up to game 1 with Honey Boo Boo's mom in a Julius Randle jersey.

I am new to tiktok and it has some amazing Knicks breakdowns. They show how Mike Brown has counters for everything and different ways to setup the same action they want to confuse the defense. It is so good. Too bad the videos are too big to put on twitter so I can share it here. The off ball movement is what I always wanted and the best thing is they do with with a purpose. KAT turning into Jokic just made it so Brown ould break out his old Sabonis point forward stuff and its working wonders.
