Actually Thib Started leaning on Rose way more towards the end of the season and into the PO, by the last 2 games ROSE level dropped off considerable..

Thibs is going to primarily run with 9 guys, with the 10th getting 10 to 12 minutes..

When Rose, Burks and payton was all out at the same time, frank and knox still couldn't crack the rotation (maybe a couple minutes). Even if OBI came in and did some good things and we were up, he still only got the 11 minutes he was getting..

At the PRESS Conference when Kemba was asked about playing Back to backs, he joked and said thats up to them (leon and thibs) and Thibs joked and said oh yeah he's playing..

I gave you the avg's and now you can see Rose had games well into the 30 minute mark early in the season. He also missed a stretch. Not the pattern as you alluded to.
Pays to look things up before speaking. Thibs wants to win, Drose got him more, he played him. He did not break. He got tired and lost his effectiveness. Elf wilted.

Nalod is going into this with one eye open wide. Seemingly the enthusiasm for his knee is very encouraging as few media or him are really talking about it. He missed a lot of games last year and got dumped. The bought out. So OKC didn’t even try to pull a CP3 type season of showcasing him. The buy out was already in place most likely. Two teams just washed their hands of him and we are “giddy”?
Its like going to a garage sale and finding a vintage tube McIntosh Amp for $100. Don’t know if it works, but worth a try.

We are not in Amare 100mil territory by any means. But what is different about this season vs. last outside his contract that gives us this level of confidence going into this season?

Elfrid Payton should be available in a sign and trade by then as well. Or Ron Baker comes out of retirement.
