I'll take him. That's going right along with my thread saying we needed a Deadeye SG who can catch and shoot and doesn't have to hold and then dribble the ball just the score. No more breaking the play and only going ISO with JR. We needed a real SG. Legit 6-6, with length and NBA ready body.

dont like the name, but phuckit. Was that our one and only draft pick or did we purchase any 2nds? What about our point guard need for speed? or our ever injured frontline?

maybe this pick is for insurance for JR and we don't have to throw money at him. I guess we gotta wait and see

Kinda wanted tony Mitchell

Do we have a 2nd rounder this year?

We could use Mitchell, Amare is toast

We are being built to beat the MIAMI HEAT with a guy called Tim Hardaway....

Could've just as easily been Reggie Bullock. We're at the crap shoot portion of the draft.

I'm tired of the analysts harping on Amare and Melo not being able to play with eachother on offense. That's not the problem. The problem with them playing together is their D and that's negated if Amare is coming off the bench
Well to be fair our frontcourt that is the most expensive in history is under .500 when they play together

Talent wise, Mitchell should've been nabbed in the lows 20s or high teens. There must be some shady stuff in his background.

Every young player can't handle NYC , when are you guys gonna believe that ?

True, but it has nothing to do with this tired Rhetoric of Melo stealing Amare's real estate. The results are what they are, I just get tired of these lazy analysts.

I like the Tim Hardaway Jr. pick in a vacuum but the pick solves nothing for us in terms of landscape but it feels good bringing in young blood. I hope the kid does well.

He will be a Garden Favorite and Melo better get ready because I believe he may end up with a Lin like love affair with him

Roberson is a slightly less talented version of Mitchell if that tells you anything and he was selected in the first round.

No more having to live with whatever JR shows up. Hopefully, woody can get the guts to go away from him when JR hits the clubs next season.
