If you bring in defensive players you're gonna get some better defense. MDA made the Shump pick and he was the one calling for Jared to be brought back. I thought the team was making small progress and that if Jared came back that could give the team the defensive boost they've been missing. I hope they will still play hard on D, despite losing MDA, whom a lot of the players liked.

I am happy he was able to leave on his own terms rather than getting dumped by dole-ass later.

There are not many coaches out there that can make this work. Y'all want to watch some idiot flailing his arms and yelling at the players from the sidelines because that fits your prescribed coaching stereotype. That's cool. And when that experiment meets its eventual conclusion you'll be asking for him to be fired. What else is new?

Fair enough bro. I'm not saying Woodson is going to be the coach. We'll have to see if the team continues to rally behind him and see what they can do in the playoffs. I'm just not a fan of people jumping to conclusions, analyzing body language and bashing everyone like Melo & Dolan when they want to win just as much as we do and not even giving Woodson a chance. It's been obvious over the years that Dantoni would not adapt to his players. He would continue coaching what he knows whether the front office got him his players or not. Ending it sooner rather than later benefited both sides. This team is stacked and should not be in 9th place
