Lin never seems like he is shooting a lot but he is always right at the top of the scoring list for us.

Haha, I actually am. Need Toney to get some confidence back, whether it's for trade value or not is another issue.

Dude, it was end of the quarter and like 5 seconds left on the clock. That's what he's supposed to do.

I know just got to gripe about something. Can't completely let go of the past 11yrs. Need my negativity fix. Can't go cold turkey. This team is unbelievable to watch!

I like what I've seen from this team so far this game, though I'd appreciate less turnovers and more balance between the basketball we were playing in the streak pre-Melo and the new elements of the offense used with Melo now. I think Melo has the right mentality in trying to share the ball, but he has to take the shots when he has them. I also want to see more of Lin penetrating and dishing instead of just calming the offense, pass it to Melo and let Melo distribute.

Love the defensive intensity out there. Atlanta is sleepwalking and not caring, but the only way you can play in these type of games is extremely intense so you step on their throats and not give them any hope.

That's why I laugh at all these experts that think Lin is a bit of a fluke and will come back down to earth. This dude is for real. Lin always was able to score like crazy. The only thing Lin needed was someone to help him figure out how to use his powers for good Dude is in an environment where he's 1000% confident and not hesitating. That freedom to just play is a great gift for a talented player.

The people are criticizing Stat (at least I am) because in the first quarter he just looks completely disinterested in playing defense and more often than not will stay at the other end of the floor and argue a non call instead of getting back on defense. I wouldn't say a peep about him if he gave the effort on D that everyone else seems to be giving. Now he did look much better in the second half, so that's great, I hope he keeps it up.

Absolutely.

Nice to see ALL the Knicks sharing the ball. Even JR Smith looks downright generous. Sheesh.

Most important, with better depth comes better effort on defense.

They are playing well tonight, but Atl is terrible without Johnson.

We have played 34 games and our wins of note are: LAL, PHI, DAL, BOS, MI.

So right now we are below average medicore and our schedule has been one of the easiest in the league. We have the makings and are showing signs of becoming dangerous, but let's not get excited till we start beating teams like the heat, bulls, magic, spurs, thunder, etc.

MS - it is NOT about beating teams. It is about establishing a team identity that we can take anywhere.

The scoreboard is less important than getting roles to mesh on defense.

Let Jared get extra burn.
