Comparing McGrady's 1 20 pt game 2 years ago to Jeremy Lin's 5 game streak(all wins) is pure comedy. We all get it, you're not a Jeremy Lin fan, not everyone is. But if you were a true Knicks fan, you'd appreciate what is happening with the team here...it's been way too long not to.

Did Tracy McGrady ever make Mike Breen a better announcer?

Jeremy Lin makes everyone better.

Jeremy Lin and Landry Fields should be signed for the remainder of their playing careers. When they retire, they should run the Knicks' Front Office together, as partners. No mango btw. Together they'll dominate with their genius in:
- math (statistics and magic)
- economics (salaries and negotiating)
- and communications (marketing, negotiating, luring in FA's and more).

Steve Nash will be our head coach, with Grant Hill, Stephen Curry and Jared Jeffries as assistants. The Pringle offense will still be running, as Lin and Fields fell in love with it while playing succesfully in this offense throughout their careers.

We bring in Tyson Chandler at a later point as a defensive oriented trainer/coach for the big men a la Herb part deux and have him with us forever. and ever.

Head coach - Mark Jackson, with Steve Novak, Timofey Mozgov and Jared Jeffries as assistants.

You can never have too many big men.

Winner

NYKBocker - nice find. you are a gentleman an a scholar. Whenever The Answer Man cues up the highlight from the NJNets game he still gets misty eyed.

The announcer sounds like he still uses Clearasil.

You can see that Lin's skills were already there in his HS years. Love the assist.

Can anyone or any force in nature or any of the known physical laws make Clyde any better?

"...nice to go out a winner"

It is a great day to be a Knicks fan. Jeremy Lin was the lead story on talk radio in Atlanta.

You think there will be a lot of Knicks fans on the road?

You damn skippy.

Brotherhood.

Mike Wilbon juat added that Gary Payton taught Jeremy Ln some of his moves... and The Glove recognizes some of those moves today.

Sweet.

They Said It

"I can't even tell you what I was thinking after that last shot. I couldn't talk more about a team win and what a gutsy effort this was tonight." - Jeremy Lin

"When it was over Jared Jeffries lifted him in his arms. Tyson Chandler raised his arms in celebration and 20,092 fans prepared to tell their grandchildren what they had seen." - Steve Popper

Just Beautiful.

Give Lin a lot of credit last night. Toronto came out and were prepared to stop him--they clogged the lane--ran doubles on him--and Lin adjusted in the 2nd half--lowering his TO's getting better flow and took his opportunities at better times in smarter positions than the first half. Moving Shumpert into the lead d guard position was a great move by MDA--it seemed to take pressure off Lin--who subsequently raised his game on the O. You read where Lin did not play well--but I think he played very well.

Clearly Shump on Calderon changed the game and many of us wanted that sooner. I think going forward, at least until Baron is back, we have to keep doing moves like this to take the burden off Lin as far as energy expended goes.

I don't think any of us can compare a 6 game stretch like this in any sport. I am beaten in a good way from it. There are no words, really.

You can see it in HS too. He has a knack.

The last 2 games, teams have tried to stop him. They have a bit and Lin needs to protect the ball better. However, as the game goes on, he adjusts and raises his level of play. It's remarkable and uncanny.
