Probably.. Even if he didn't start I'd imagine he'd play more minutes than them anyway and would be deadly coming off the bench

Fields fell off the face of the planet after Melo trade. I hope he recovers and finds his game. I still think JC would start while Laundry is looking to get his groove back.

portland i could understand.

but i think the knicks are the best spot for career and future earnings. though i might be a little biased.

i'd guess that Minny is not a serious option. i bet he likes NY and Portland because: 1) the Knicks are a contender and he enjoyed NYC, and 2) the Blazers are a contender and Portland is the closest NBA city to his hometown Seattle.

good point about seattle. portland seems like a good fit for him in general. but is portland really the same level of contender as the knicks? they're solid, but that team, as clyde would say, is in disarray. i'm sure it's a playoffs squad, but i'd be surprised if they made it out of the first round.

knicks season would be a disappointment if they didn't make at least the second round.

we shall see, i guess. but yeah it's probably portland or nyk.
