If you say a thing enough it can come to be. Frankly I would have expected a good coach to call him over put an arm around his shoulder and explain where he went wrong . If he grows and they win it's a teaching moment if they lose and he just doesn't get it. He didn't have it. But benching him like that destroys the young mans confidence and the teams chance to win shaking the whole teams confidence in a teammate. It's just wrong. No way AC was gonna cover either of those two no matter his heart. That game was lost as soon as TD went to the bench.
