They were all dead tired but they left every
ounce of effort on the court. Respect.

Didn't see a real sense of urgency until late in the 4th. They had a nice run but they should have picked up the tempo sooner.

Despite the loss, Felton still managed a +10.

tonight Landry really struggled bigtime... just seemed out of sync throughout the entire game

only 1 blocked shot from our team all game long because of foul trouble... no interior D as a result

He was leading us back into the game in the third. If he didn't get an offensive foul called on him for driving around a pick, his fifth foul, the knicks would've won this game.

Wilson, Ray & Landry a combined 3 for 14 from 3 pt range

Bill Walker & Shawne combined 10 for 13... too bad our starters couldn't get it going from deep tonight.

dude, there's a minute & a half left to play... no use in saving your foul now... u gotta get the lead to win the game... just don't give up easy baskets

If you ever play'd ball and refs are calling fouls the way they were calling tonite it's hard to turn that switch on to aggressive defense. Knicks still don't get any respect from refs. For a Superstar Amare does not get the benefit of the doubt like other star bigs. it's pathetic. Was Still a winnable game though.

Amare got to the FT line 12 times tonight... he's getting plenty of calls... the refs were just calling every little ticky tack foul on both ends tonight.

Was following the fouls all night on gamecast..difference is Bulk of our fouls where in first 3 quarters..Jazz fouls were spread out. Not an excuse for loss but definite cause...27 minutes for Amare killed us..Felton offensive foul call absolutely murdered us when we made that crazy run. Game over right there.

On another note..Deron Williams sets the best picks in the league for a guard..really holds that pick..something most don't notice.

Valiant effort. Roger mason and TD really hurt the team when they got it down to 2--never could recover.

I know it's a back-to-back but allowing 58% shooting is way too difficult to overcome.

Can't expect to win by giving up as many points as they did tonight. Period.

Too bad we let the Jazz shoot a million percent from the field. You are right though. Bad game from Fields. Stat wasn't dominating much. Chandler wasn't much. Very vanilla game from the starters on offense. If it weren't for Williams, we'd be blown out bad.

honestly i thought we should have easily been blown out tonight by 20 the way they weren't playing defense... Shawne Williams' ridiculous shooting in the 3rd quarter got them back in it after they went down 16 & Ray Felton almost willed the team to a win but we needed more help from Landry & Wilson tonight.

yup... CJ Miles & AK47 killed us in the 2nd half... Walker had a terrific 1st half but was completely invisible in the 2nd & played some of the worst defense i've ever seen out of him... dude really needs to learn how to keep the intensity up for 48 minutes... but i ain't gonna pin the loss on him... he's a role player & played his role tonight... we needed more from our starters

Tough game for amare.. 22 points on 4-10 shooting..

Felton was a beast, played williams to a standstill. 23/11/7

Williams: hot as fire from downtown.. 7-8.. too bad he doesn't defend or box out.. see kirelenko

Walker: Fantastic offensive game.. too bad he doesn't defend or box out.. See CJ miles( are you kidding me? CJ miles 24 points? jeez)

Fields: probably worst game of the year..

Chandler: where was he? although he struggled offensively, he did defend... maybe teams are now adjusting to him.. now it is his turn to adjust...

Still think turiaf should start, or come off the bench for 20-25 minutes?

knicks shot 50% from the field and 48% from three.. you would think we would win that game.. well not when the other team is shooting 58% and outrebounds you 35-26..

tough loss..

come home to the garden friday and take care of business..

22-16

Go knicks!!

Jazz is a hornets nest man. Teams come in there and get killed by their intensity. Just a tough place to play, much more so on a 2nd night of bac 2 back. Also tough when you're in foul trouble. I still like the fight this team has. It's gonna serve them well the rest of the year. THese West coast trips used to be dreadful for this team and really this was a decent outcome. Not great but not bad either.

you could say that Fields and Chandler had sub par games, but then bill and shawne pick up the slack anyway, so it sort of canceled out

THe Jazz really attacked and executed very well. Their role players stepped up and filled in perfectly. They had so many active bodies and crashed the boards, got tipped balls, played fast and aggressive. More importantly guys were hitting jumpers like crazy. Just a tough team to guard cuz they're very mobile and offensively capable.

Would love to see us fill our holes and face top teams with a bit more size. It seems to me that we can score against just about anyone, but the rebounding issue would help a lot.
