it's a process of confidence building.
now, if the bulls win, it's a setback.
win, confidence goes up that much more.
hence why to me this is a big game.
maybe the biggest in years.
now you're just getting carried away...
when i say biggest, i mean that this is a period of whether the team builds on the idea they are good or not.
carried away...if you are a good team...yes
but for the knicks, this is part of the process of getting out of the mindset that you are a bottom team in the league.
to me, that's why it's maybe the biggest game in years.
we have not had a stretch like this since we were good, so the idea of confidence, self-efficacy, is hugely important, imho.
it's not that the team has turned the corner, but this was usually a game we lose over the past decade.
every team in the nba takes big leads and blows them...not 35 points, but they do, and either persevere or falter.
we are persevering more and more.
we'll see what's up, but in the win column no one gives a crap how it came except for obsessive sports fans like us, who look for anything to say, "the greatest" or "a bust," or "choke artist." we relish in that ish...
