Collins looks like a whole lot of nothing but its hard to say really...

Marcus Williams looked great but honestly, he just had no place on this team - Unless we moved Nate or gave up on him which i personally wouldent want to do - Balkman looks great and is a great FIT for this team so honestly... I cant knock the decision... You want to say Marcus over Collins? I dont know - U think williams would be happy playing behind Nate? I dont... And i think Collins would have no problem with it. And thats important

from what i have seen from balkman the summer into tonights game im very impressed. he exudes old knicks and he has a lot of potential you just didnt see at SC. he can really handle the ball and hes the kind of guy who helps team s win. hes got more potnetial than just a role player he ha something of a poor mans scottie pippen thing going he can bring the ball up court and hes disruptive hes good enough plenty for the nba my remark about cba was just wrong--on the other side, i still am pirse off we did not select marcus williams and snag balkman at 29 or at the least bought that pick that boston did from pheonox for both of them.. they mustve rated mardy collins higher than marcus and hes not close. i think collins is a pure tweener and unlike balkman who has a physicality about him, i see collins as aloof non descriptive in terms of positioning and not a piece of the puzzle.

Well they already said jalen will start in the next game. Its pre-season so its experiment time. I have a hard time thinking rose is gonna fit in to the way the knicks played. Still I want him off the bench before Collins. Remember I endorsed Collins and really wanted him but I take it back now after summer league and this one pre-season game.

Maybe I shouldn't have said Francis sucked. He definitely made a lot of bad passes, but he did play very unselfishly. He seemed to have the right idea going. I'm sure he'll be fine. I think our main worry at this point is Curry. He looks in real bad shape and played quite poorly.

Wake up curry did not play poorly. He still hasn't mastered what we all are waiting for but the dude played like he was in mid-season form. Yeah the dude was charging but he still is a inside presence and a good one. Don't go screwing up the night with bull****. Curry was ok. He did his thing. Still not automatic but he was not terrible or out of shape. Stop lying.

What Curry needs to work on can only be solved with in game playing time...It's not something that can be worked on in the offseason..He got a couple of bad calls tonight but he problem is knowing when to use his strenght and when not to use it...Also he gets no respect at this point from the refs...Shaq gets alot of leeway...Curry gets none...This is something that will develop over time....I would have love to see him work on a jump hook or something but its still early....Team looks good...I can't belive these guys won only 23 games last season...
