People like Frank’s defense and believe he still has potential.

Fiz not playing him while Smith Jr plays so poorly only adds to the controversy.

It's only been 3 games of an 82 game season. Frank's time will come shortly. Smith has a ton of potential and the coach is trying to tap into it. Clearly Smith is pressing, and after today's performance, Frank's time may be sooner rather than later. Smith had some really good games for us last year so the potential is there....

This is Fiz’s second year with the team.

Still not ready to hit the panic button. Yes its ugly on many levels, also early. Not worth getting wired up.about the bad start until enough time has passed to say that we should have made the necessary adjustments, by now. A month or so from that. Do want to see a lot more screens set, it was a point of emphasis last season. This season so far, its been an afterthought.

Also, a bit shocked at the passion guys have for Frank. Would love for him to play well and be a rotation player but I don't think his struggles are because of the two coaches he has had. He hasn't been a very good nba player
As knick fans arent we suppose to have passion for our young players and want them to succeed?
Absolutely. Never said I didn't want Frank to succeed. His resume as an nba player isn't very good yet.

Celts get contribution from Smart. Several teams got contributions from Beverley who was Awful on offense early in his career

Sure, a professional coach has no responsibility of having a game plan for many of the players he will be seeing next season because there is a tank job.

Yeah, you play better defense than his team, but get the same result.

True, its only 3 games. Guys need time to gel. My main issue is that i dont see a structure/system. That makes it so much more difficult to close out games. We have talent to make this year fun but the coach needs to step up this year

Won’t change the play on the court, the game plan Fiz has had for two years now and the fact that 17 wins may be again in our horizon.

He has 9 new players on a 15 man roster. His continuity guys are second and third year players. Of the six guys the Knicks kept, only Trier and Dot are over age 21. Only Frank and Dot have been with the team for three years.

Offensively i agree but he has done others things pretty well. I know in todays NBA offense is considered the most important but im old school in the sense that i think defensive players are important to winning too. I understand Frank played badly in game 1 but getting 18 seconds since then does us or Frank no favors
